This transaction originally occured on 2/25/2024 in the amount of $72. I was under the impression that I was renting a storage unit. When I arrived, my storage unit had a lock on it and the company does not have an office to speak with anyone. When I called their phone number, they were closed even though it says open on their website. I was then charged another $11.74 on the first as a prorated amount. I called the next day to have the entire unit cancelled and receive a refund and they tell me they have no manager in their office, they can't transfer my phone call and they will have some one call me back in ***** hours. It has been 72 hours and upon calling multiple times, it seems I may never receive my refund.Business response
