            TJ Telemarketing and owner ******************************* have failed to deliver on their promised services despite my polite and professional ongoing communication efforts for them to deliver the services purchased. As per my initial discussions with owner *************************** of TJTelemarketing in May 2021 and as per his website tjtelemarketing.com, I was informed I would be provided with **** leads weekly, that is business contacts who agreed to talk to me about my professional insurance services. On 7/24/2021, 8 weeks from my initial payment of $1050 to TJ Telemarketing on 6/2/2021, I have received a total of 4 contacts, which is far less than 1 lead weekly (not the **** leads weekly promised). Of the 4 contacts received, one was unreachable despite my ongoing efforts to contact them by phone, email and fax, two didn't want to discuss my insurance services and one was the employee of an already existent covered business client.My ongoing efforts to reach ********************** have yielded no results.

            I have had very great success using ****'s system at TJ Telemarketing. In my particular case, I prefer the "hourly" calling to specifically target small business owners, Vs the "per lead" system. **** has done a good job to visit with me one-on-one with a tailored script that has worked well for me to put me in touch with some high-quality people. Also, hats off to ****'s crew - I get a lot of compliments from new potential clients who say the whole reason I'm on the phone with them is that TJ Telemarketing callers were really friendly and professional. After trying things out with smaller orders, I was satisfied where things were going and how they worked and am now committed to ordering about $4,700 worth of "calling" time every 6 weeks. Some will complain, as with any "lead" program, but let's be honest, not all agents following up are bringing the same skills to the table. However, I do believe, if you do YOUR part and hone your craft you CAN be successful with these leads as I have. **********, RFG LLC.
