Had **** roofing come out for a home I purchased in November 2022 to repair a leak in the roof above bathroom. Paid 300 dollars for person to look in attic and state it is not the roof it's a plumbing issue. He did replace a boot on the sink vent, Called a plumber and he said it's definitely the roof. Called **** roofing back and told them the plumber said it's a leak in the roof. **** roofing proceeded to change another roof vent boot which in turn was not the correct one. they then replaced another roof vent boot for another 300 dollars less some of the cost of the first mistake.Called **** roofing for a new discovered leak towards the front of the house. The gentleman went in the attic then before he would go outside on the roof I had to make another payment of 50 dollars or so. He reviewed what needed repair and said I would receive a repair cost estimate which I have attached with this complaint.They called a week or so later and asked if I was ready to schedule. I told them I would need to get back to them as i would like to get a few estimates. They seemed to have the best estimate so I called them and was told to bring 50% of contract cost to them to buy supplies and they would repair it when the weather was above 65 degrees. I brought them 800 dollars and received a receipt from the credit card machine. Last week I called them (the last week of April) and was told it would be several weeks before the repair was done because they were just catching up with other repairs and they would call me to schedule. Today May 5th 2023 I received a call from **************** ************** stating that she made a mistake on the contract and only put down the cost of materials. She said it was now going to be ***** plus dollars instead of 1749.02.Anything you can do will be greatly appreciated.Business response

In regards to complaint # *******, we at ************** have done our due diligence to rectify any unresolved complaints with our customer.
Before each phase of the leak repair, our costs and procedures were discussed with them and authorized ( documented as well ) .
We had no prior notice of any complaints until we received your call. So at that point , our customer service team contacted Mr. Ritchings ( on 6/6/23 @ 8:09 am) to see if we could resolve any issues , however ***** stated that the job went well and there are no complaints to be said ! He paid his final invoice in full at that time .
