Craig Huston was contracted by ***** County School District to provide photo packages for students. I placed an order for my daughters school photos that included a class composite and 2 3x5 magnets along with other prints. I received the other prints but the magnets and class composites remain missing. I contacted the company in November and was assured the magnets were being sent, I received nothing. I contacted the school my daughter attends, theyve received nothing and there are other families experiencing the same. It is now June and I still dont have my missing items. Despite several attempts to reach the company theyve not responded since November 2021 regarding the missing items.Initial Complaint

Pictures were taken 10-27-2021 in **************** Check was cashed 11-29-2021 for the amount of $63 ************ was contacted through **** for my daughter's soccer pictures.I have reached out to this company by phone, email text multiple times as well as many other parents as well as the **** and no parents have received pictures or a refund. This business is fraudulent, they take your money and disappear.Initial Complaint

My son, ******************* Dreischmeyer III, participated in a local Boys and ********** Winter Basketball 2022 season (ended 02/26/22), including a picture day scheduled at ************************************** that took the pictures on January 15th, 2022, Huston Fislar Photography, hasnt filled my photo order which was paid in full on Jan. 15th. We placed an order for an A La Carte item, (X) 1 Digital Image for $24.00. On 02/25/22 I called the phone # on the order form from Huston Fislar Photography, **************, but no one answered, and the voicemail was full. I then sent an e-mail the same day to the address provided on the order form. Instead of an automated reply to my e-mail, a separate e-mail was sent as a response a few minutes later with a subject header of "Out of Office". This was the last correspondence I've received from them.This is the second time this has happened with Huston Fislar Photography. I ordered and paid for the same digital photo order from Huston Fislar Photography during the Boys and ********** Winter Basketball 2020 season that ended just before the beginning of COVID-19. Due to the immediate closure of everything in March 2020, it was hard to resolve this issue at the time. I have called Huston Fislar Photography in the past about the 2020 photo and received the run around from ****** with empty promises to send my sons photo, and never delivering. To this day both digital photo orders remain unfulfilled.I wasnt at the Jan. 15th, 2022 picture day, and my husband decided to get my sons picture taken since it was a different person taking the photos than in 2020, but the results were the same; taking money and not providing a service.
