    I was approached by a ****** salesperson early this year. He agreed that if I switched from ***, they will charge me $60 per month for the service for three. The sent their tech to install driveway and doorbell cameras same day. After they installed the cameras and control panel nothing worked. They did not test the system. They had to return to install new sensors since ADT sensors were incompatible. They wanted to charge me for the sensors. Later on, they also asked me to agree for the credit provided by Fortiva. They did not explain what $3,000 is for. Later, I discovered they had charged me for the two cameras and control panel. I never paid ADT for the devices installed on my property. This was something strange. They refused to pay *** for the buy-out which was $380 since I still had a contract with them until November 2025. I started receiving bills every month, one from Fortiva and one from ******. I used to pay $60 to ADT each month. Because of ******'s fraudulent business, I stopped making payments. My security system has been down since April/May. I called them a few times asking them to remove the $3000 charge they refused. I suggested that I will pay them $60 per month for resuming my service starting today, they refused, I have not had any service since May 2025.

    Was accepted for a card with a $1,500 limit but never have received it. Ive chatted in over 5 times and I keep getting to run around. Im starting to feel like they stole my info. Need a real person to reach out to me, not your AI bots saying the same thing over again.

    I paid over 1,000 on a loan I never used and fortiva is not remburseing the money owed to me. I keep g getting the run around, and to me they are running a scam. The attorney general is looking into their illegal of the company and the FBI is investigating them and because I'm a disabled veteran I've co tacted VETERANS affairs. Please do not use this company.

    MISLEADING AND DISHONEST! I applied for a Lowes credit card, and within 2 minutes I got an email saying I was approved for a credit card to use at Lowes today! After I accepted the terms I tried to checkout, and the store manager informed me they have NO ASSOCIATION with this credit card. Very poor way to treat potential customers and an unethical way to lure people into a credit card!

    I took a loan out with fortiva to help me with my dental care I decided not to have my dental work done and aspen dental returned my ***** loan back to fortiva unused I have paid on the unused loan for 6 months and fortiva and their unprofessional customer service idiots is defusing to reimburse me in a timely manner. I have been trying since February 5th 2025 to be reimbursed for all monies owed to me plus interest. I highly recommend that no one should have any dealings with this company and I feel this unprofessional company should be baned from doing anymore business

    I never applied for this card, I was mislead when my dental insurance didn't fully cover the entire dental balance of $600. I was told by the office manager to put my SS# in and I did because I trusted Aspen Dental since the process appeared normal, well I was told I was approved and would only have to make $49 payments until paid off. I was okay with that but later very disappointed due to this becoming an installation for credit. I've paid $250 and my balance is not reducing but growing! I called to see why and there were excuses. I've threatened with Class Action Law Suit if there's not removal of these $29 late fees for no legitimate reason! Well low and behold received a statement with the exact same amount after making another $50 on 5/15/2023!. This company is violating all fair credit reporting and other laws. Anyone want to join me ** a class action law suit.

    I have been billed the Annual enrollment fee of $125 yet no card has ever arrived after at least 10 calls 10 different people being lied to repeatedly supposedly a card was fed ex again 3rd card sent on 5/11/2023. Never sent. The way to help all of ** out is to file online complaints with the Attorney Generals in your State, i did so tonight in ****************. Tmo, I will file with the **** and ******** of Financial Institutions. You can easily look up those enforcement agencies in your State. The banding together to take this company on is likely the only way Any one of ** will ever get an Attorney General to go after them. Its a numbers game! When enough people report this stuff thats when it becomes important enough for agencies to take action against a company.

    **************** is nonexistent. Was told by an employee that they were going to block my card , because a website (that I never even heard of) put through unauthorized/fraudulent charges. There were 2 charges, showing as pending when I called, and was told they would be blocked from actually posting to my account. Low and behold that was a lie!!! The charges hit and now they are sitting on my account, causing me more interest and unable to use the credit as needed. The supervisor was rude and disrespectful!!!

    No stars, period! Had credit with Fortiva paid it off in December of 2022. The account balance was paid off and my statement account letter has a $41 credit. I called for them to refund the $41 credit that is showing on the statement, then they tell me they can't refund the $41 credit because it was used as a late fee charge which was reversed after they were paid off. Their customer service has always been horrible from day one.

    I asked to settle account because their egregious interest charges are an assault on lower income people especially of color. They advised it would not negatively impact credit because I was never late. After initially putting settlement for less with credit agencies the very next month they marked it charged off when I called and inquired about a balance on account. I have in writing where they promised it would not negatively impact my credit.
