Feb. 8, 2023 AAA towed my 2007 purple International school bus to Peterson Trucks. My normal mechanic *****, had exhausted what he could do without some specific diagnostic equipment he didn't have.Prior to Feb. 8th, ***** and I worked together looking for a shop who could assist and figure out why my bus wasn't starting. We decided on Peterson Trucks because they are accredited for working on International's and told me over the phone they had ECU's in stock - what we believe the problem to be. They could test new ones before I committed to purchasing this expensive piece and supposedly fix my bus faster.Goal was for my bus to be done before May 18, 2023. After approving additional hours for Peterson to run diagnostics, an all new battery purchase because my barely three years old ones died under their watch, and my repeated attempts asking about what ***** believed the main issues to be being dismissed, in mid July I was told my bus was all ready.Due to a busy schedule and waiting on the cashiers check to arrive to them for payment, on August 4, 2023 around 11am I arrived to pick up my bus.She had every single problem I dropped her off with PLUS a new problem of her airbrakes not calibrating.First she didn't start.Battery kill switch was on, easily fixed.Then she had a SUPER hard start.The airbrakes being off kilter beep kept going and going, so I turned her off, waited ***** sec and restarted.Easier start, but the airbrakes beeping kept happening.I started walking to their service entrance to complain when my bus stalled out and turned off.The exact issue they were tasked to fix.Their service advisor and manager ********************* took over - I had been communicating with **** and **** previously. I told him all the same information I had shared months prior. He said he'd look into it and get back to me with how they would make it right; when was a good time to call?I said 2pm, Sat Aug 5.I have received no call.Nor has *****.
