      Selling shoddy or defective tires Bought brand new tires from them and the sidewall burst on one Doesn't matter if it was just driving or a road hazard.A brand new tire should not burst like that. Brand New not used.Again they are selling shoddy or defective merchandise

      We would like to resolve this issue. We need more information, to make any decisions. we need the receipt you were given at the time of purchase. We need to know the circumstances in which you were driving,  which area of the car was the said tire that allegedly blew out. So we can be better informed .We need the tire to send into the manufacturer. this takes time. the manufacturer will determine  what went wrong with the tire, If they say it was a fault in the workmanship of the tire .( If it had a defect) then we will see how to proceed from there.

      I am rejecting this response because: i had a health scare and was unable to really do anything about this

      yeah i dont accept what theyre saying

      1 they didnt provide me with a paper receipt but i do have the bank statements

      2 they told me they dont cover "road hazards" except what even is that and a brand new tire should not burst from a pothole.

      3. the owner blatant refusal to even work with me about it

      Im sorry to hear about your health issues. I just want this resolved. so by responding and sending me a copy of where it states the date of sale , who it was paid to. and the amount from your bank statement. and in return I will send you a check for the amount you paid. in return you agree to not do business with us again( which should not be a problem) and that you cease from making any more reviews on line in any form. or on any platform. If you agree respond on the BBB with the bank attachment and let me know if you agree. Let me know and i will send it to the name and address at the top of you Complaint. (if you agree that by cashing the check i send we are done with this issue) i hope you have a wonderful day. hope to here from you soon. i just want this taken care of.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.


      I didn't get the name of the person who took the payment nor did he give me a paper receipt

      but i can provide a screenshot of my bank statement

      07/29/2021 $ ***** to repair flat tire After me and my daughter drove away from Double j's tire company we briefly stopped at 7/11 for some refreshments. Drove off and heard a loud knocking sounds, which was my tire on the passenger side in the rear of the vehicle. They failed to tighten my lug nuts up and my tire was hanging half way off, and I have supporting pictures and videos of me and my daughter experiencing this crazy , dangerous experience. We could of lost our lives do to some some older gentlemen thats clearly didn't know what he was doing.Double j's tried to offer me nothing but looking At the tire and make sure it wasn't damaged. They would not provide me with there insurance, wouldn't ga!very me the owners number, and was very racial toward me and my family. For there lack of compensation and compasio, being cruel. Racist, and just out right disrespectful. They did not offer me any compassion, to there knowledge is wasn't that big of a deal and it was nothing wrong
