I placed an order with this company on November 26th (order #******) for $135.00. My credit card was charged on 11/27. I received a shipment notification from the company on December 5th. A few days later, when I still hadn't received the order, I clicked on the tracking number and the status still stated that a label had been created and to check back later for an updated delivery date. The status for the delivery has not changed and it still only shows as label created and does not reflect that the items were shipped. When I still hadn't received the order by December 14th, I used their customer service email address *********************************************** to request an order status update. I did receive a message from ***** on 12/15 saying she would check on the status with their fulfillment center and be back in touch. I have not heard anything from them since then despite sending them 3 additional messages to their customer success email and attempting to contact them though their website and through ******** messenger.
