I spent $75 on a pair of sunglasses that were shipped to the wrong address and sent back to them. They dont answer their phone and barely respond to any emails. I complained about the wrong address, no response. I went to the post office myself only to discover they were sent back. I have sent them more than a dozen emails about getting my money back because I dont have the product I purchased and they have not responded to ANY of my emails and its been going on two weeks since this happened. They only responded once to my one of my emails but when I responded they didnt respond at all. Basically theyve stolen $75 from me and I want it back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a pair of women's shoes size 6.5 but received men's shoes size 6.5 which is women's size 8 (2 sizes too big). I emailed the company stating they sent me the wrong item and they need to send the correct items that I paid for. I also sent pics of my order form that states I ordered women's shoes size 6.5 and I sent a pic of the actual shoe and where it says men's size 6.5 women's size 8. The company emails me back that I can send the shoes back and i might get a refund. I don't want a refund, I want what I paid for. They didn't even offer to send a return box or label because it is not my fault and they want me to pay for the shipping. If they cared about their customers and if they cared about giving great customer service, they would apologize for their mistake and send me my shoes and include a return box or label to return the wrong pair they sent me.
