The are the property managers for the condo I own. My condo and nine others are all in the same building. On 1/17/24, the ceilings in my dining room and kitchen collapsed under the weight of water from broken pipes. I have spent over $17k for cleaning up the mess, remediation, replaces broken water pipes, blew in new insulation in the attic, replacing soaked sheetrock, new ceiling install, etc. Century 21 Northstar still has not processed my claim and Ihaven'treceived anything from them. They don't return my phone calls and have never given me anything but a claim number. I have yet to receive a dime from them. I have owned my unit since 1998. I've never filed an insurance claim with them before. They haven't given me ANY information on when, or even if, they will process my claim. They sent a few adjusters a few months ago to look at damage. That's it.I've been paying them my *************** since 1998. Part of the my monthly *************** goes to pay the premiums on the master insurance policy for our complex- the very policy who's coverage is being withheld from me now and I am receiving no benefit from. I have pictures and receipts that I've sent to them. I'm practically bankrupt due to what I've had to pay for cleanup, repairs, etc. and I still have no kitchen in my house. They don't care and I haven't heard from them for weeks.Initial Complaint

Contact with Century 21/Owners about Electricity 2023: 1: I noticed my pge bill going from ***** to ****** in one month. I'm the only person that resides in my basement 1 bedroom apartment. I was gone house sitting from 10/18/23-10/23/23. All my heaters and lights were off. This shouldnt have increased.November 27th:1.Called *** at 10:18 a.m. I was informed by representative that if I shared the breaker box with the shared laundry room, then that electricity was going on my bill. *** states they cannot come out to audit the electricity, I would have to speak with the owners.2.Called ***********************, Lessor, with Century 21 with concern at 10:23 a.m. Id informed her what *** told me and I wanted this taken care of. She said she would contact the owners. I emailed her the *** meters outside that shows there is only one meter for the Basement, which is mine and where the shared laundry room is. November 29th:1.****** texted me wanting estimate of how much more my electric bill is. I offered to send her my *** bills but she said that wouldnt be necessary for now. I have text messages on my phone.2.Owners ***** and *****? came out to take pics of maintenance from light fixtures and heater in living room that just quit working. 3:20 p.m. ********************* with maintenance called to inform me they have to order parts for my heater. States owner will be by later. Owners showed up after 6 p.m.December 6th:1.I texted ****** to follow up on our 11/27/23 Phone conversation and she texted back I will follow up with them.December 13th:1.I texted ****** as my new bill due ******* is $144.99! I No response. I called Century 21 at 8:40 a.m., 9:11 a.m. and 9:14 a.m.- finally getting in touch with Cloey. She states she will forward the message to the Century 21 owner, ***********************, to call me back today.3.Put in maintenance request about the issue I requested that an Electrician come in and audit each outlet (see what is feeding in to each meter) and get a copy of the report. No one seems to be keeping in contact with me. My next expected bill for February is looking to be over $150 for one person in a one bedroom basement. To help remedy, I've ordered and put plastic over my windows that open, a door blocker on the outside of front door to keep most air from seeping through. I rarely use my heaters now and lighting. I've decreased my energy use but the energy use in the laundry room has increased. This home is shared among 5 people (three adult residents and 2 children). There are lights in the laundry room and electrical things plugged in that use electricity consistently. I would like resolution ASAP. I cannot afford to pay for electricity for the shared laundry room. It is not in my lease to pay for shared electricity in laundry room.*****************, tenant
