      won't let me give 1/2 star. Worst pharmacy service EVER! Have been waiting for a script that the MD sent a month ago....Forced to use this through my employer. Will pay out of pocket from now on and get the meds I need.

      They have improved by leaps and bounds! Once they got their online portal straightened out and they got a guy answering phones that is absolutely amazing at customer service, I actually like this pharmacy. I didnt like it at first but now have transferred most of my prescriptions here. Shipping is free and extremely fast! Good work on improving and especially hiring the guy who answers phones!

      First off I have to say that while I did rate them a 1 star, the people I have spoken to seemed polite but, they are clueless when it comes to figuring out the issue and make excuses every single time. Their website is basic at best and malfunctioning more often than not. Even if you refill or do a new prescription with them, don't expect it to come in their estimated timeline. Typically in the past 2 years of dealing with this company, my prescriptions have taken an extra week, longer if holidays involved and all I usually get from them is inhalers which they used to send 3 months supply, now they only send 1 at a time. Wasteful and inefficient to say the least. If you have other options, I would highly recommend a brick and mortar pharmacy.

      They charged me almost 400 dollars to fill rx I didn't ask them to fill or authorize. I call and tell them I do not want it because I fill for free elsewhere and I want my money refunded. I'm told it takes 3 days to refund. The next day I get the medication. I called again and asked to be sent a return label. I'm told to give it 3-5 days and the head pharmacist will approve the refund. I spoke to multiple technicians, most of whom were rude and frustrated at best. I was not being rude but I needed it resolved so I could pay my bills. I was told 3 days initially and then kept being told "tomorrow". After almost 2 weeks of calling most every day and being told someone will call me back, I'm told a supervisor did and left a message. I did not get it and my phone did not ring. I'm finally told they are mailing a return label. I have a po box so I was told I could get it in an email, that I need to mail the rx back and then I'll get my refund. I did so and just got the pending refund today. 400 dollars is a lot of money to keep for a 0 cost share rx for almost a month, especially in today's economy. Being told 3 days and then it dragging out for almost a month is unacceptable and caused a lot of stress, especially not knowing if I was going to get my money back at all.First issue is customer service. Getting birth control through this pharmacy is ridiculously hard. Getting a refund is considerably more difficult, apparently. Customer service sounds frustrated and rude. Not all but most. 2nd issue is that I kept the rx properly stored and still in the original packaging. I do not know if it will be destroyed or resold, but the fact that it took almost a month and then I'm told to return it...Are they going to resell it? Who knows.3rd issue is that I could not fill my rx anywhere else or use the one I was sent. So I have been without for over a month due to this issue.I called every day to resolve. If you dont I doubt it would happen. I don't recommend.

      Unacceptably bad customer service, website, and processes. Waiting 2 months for a refill, I received 1 random update saying it wasn't in stock a month ago. Called multiple times with no info. Finally last time I was told that the prescription had been "put away." Basically they just cancelled about my refill and were literally never going to tell me. I had to reach out and ask. I was told they have "no way" of informing me of any updates....no email, no text. I just have to call every day and ask for an update I guess?? Thanks for nothing.

      My experience has been horrible! Their prices are triple what I was paying before. For instance my albuterol inhaler was $15.36, NOW it's $47.95! And this is ordering in a quantity of two to lower the price! I added up my 14 medications and they will be charging me over $2,000 more than my previous plan! They are overpriced, slow, their labels are hard to read, customer service is ****, you can't get on their so-called site portal and when you request help for it, they don't have tech support so you don't know when you're going to hear back from them and they call once and you have to start the process over. They're not accredited by the BBB! Of course the insurance company doesn't tell you they deal with an inferior, overpriced derelict Pharmacy!

      Honestly I am surprised at how bad this pharmacy. Requested transfer of a ** medication more than 2 weeks ago, still not in the system. Can you imagine running out of a critical pressure medication for 2 weeks. Nonsense.

      They ****. Worst mail order pharmacy ever. Crappy customer service and talk out of both sides of their mouth. Don't bother to look into anything. Will just charge your registered payment type and forget about you.

      Called 10 days ago to refill blood pressure meds. They should have communicated to me by now. So I called back again..person said pharmacy has to review my medicine, I've been taking for 6 years or more. Person can't tell how much longer it will take, then on top of that, it still has to be mailed. I said this is unacceptable. She said "we're doing our best"...and sorry I feel that way" . I said that can't be your best, because, that is too slow. I said , a person, should not have to wait two weeks , for medicine , that plays a role in patients health and well being. This company needs to be reviewed by someone with authority, that holds them to a higher standard, of timely refills, especially since they are in town. This isn't the first time , I've complained to them about meds being delayed and poor communication on their part.

      Absolutely worst online interface I have used. Terrible mail order system. If you dont need to use them, run as fast as you can to any other online pharmacy. Unfortunately my insurance switched to this one and it is absolutely terrible.
