      I bought some items from them online and I have only received 2/3 of the items. He had a set of challenge H33333338373134**3135H that I liked and I ordered 3 separate H33333338373134**3135H on Dec. 16, 2023. Two or three days later I get an email that my order has shipped, no tracking information. So on Dec. 28, 2023, two of the H33333338373134**3135H were there and one was not there. I emailed and asked for an update on the status of the 3rd coin. They said it would come from our engraver. I emailed on Jan. 9 and asked what the update was and they said they would check and get it out to me ASAP. Now it is 3 months later and I still have not received my item. He called me a week ago on a Monday and I told him I won&#**;t discuss over the phone, I want everything in writing. This is fraud. I want the coin or my money refunded to me.

      Navy Crow is a Veteran Owned Business who I, on behalf of my Command's First Class ***** Officer ************ submitted a quote to have custom shirts made.2023-AUG-14: Submitted initial quote request through their form. Received an auto-reply and an email from a Navy Crow Representative the same day. *********************************************************************************: Responded to their email answering their question 2023-SEP-13: Sent a follow up email since they had not responded to my answer back in AUG. They responded back the same day saying an invoice will be sent to me.2023-SEP-14: Sent another email saying I have not received the invoice. Navy Crow replied back the same day and apologized mentioned issues with their email. The invoice was finally sent and paid for. I notified Navy Crow of the payment and they replied back confirming and saying they would begin working on the sketches. This would be the last time, I have heard from them.I attempted emails, calls, used their contact form on their website trying to get a response from them. Nothing heard and the number listed on their website would hang up right away. Also note, the contact email they have listed on their website is different from the email they used to reach out to me about my order.My colleagues who I added toward the end in the email conversation have also made attempts to get a response from Navy Crow.If I am unable to reach a resolution through the BBB, I will have to reach out to my bank to try and get my money back and potentially report as fraud. I would not be doing any further business with them at this point.

      Thank you for the attempts. I do want to note that in the message it says you reached out to revved up shirts. Not sure if maybe that is the parent company or this was a mistake, but I am sure I have said the company I have tried working with is called 'Navy Crow'.

      Just thought I'd bring it up since it is mentioned it would be ****** to the public. In any case, thank you again.

      Company appears to be a scam, they receive payment with no problem, but do not send any products. **************** line is not connected, and any response via email avoids any resolution. I have asked for proof of shipment or that a product is indeed going to be provided with no response. I have asked for refund with no response. I can provide email documentation upon request.

      I placed an order from Navy Crow, which is a part of revved up shirts, located in ********, ******, on April 2nd 2022. This order number is ******** and was for 2 Navy challenge coins. I have sent numerous email messages to them about the status of the order (12 or more requests) and have received 3 responses from them, 2 of which stated that they will check in the morning when they get back to work???? Never received any reply from them on this response. Then 1 said that they were on back order, which their site says that theyre in stock. I have tried and tried to contact them and no reply except for the 3 I mentioned earlier. Im retired military with 21 years of service and it breaks my heart that a company that displays the US Navy and even has a code of conduct listed on the website, conducts business in such a shoddy way. All Ive asked for was the status of the order and nothing more. I cant help, but lose my patience with a company that has a name of a military service, that I served in and that Im very proud of , act in such a way that disgraces the title of the US Navy. Like I said, all that Im asking for is the 2 challenge coins that I ordered 6 months ago, and if they cant get me a simple order ought to find another way of making a living.I have every message that I sent and received, if you may want them.

      I purchased an item online on this companies website. I received a confirmation email that my order has been received no 05/30/22. I tried emailing and calling to get an update on my order. The phone number is disconnected, and the multiple emails I have sent have not been responded to. They now have my banking information and I would like to them to be investigated for fraud so that others do not become victims.
