      PWCC ran a sport card auction on 4/21/24. I bid on and won a *************************** card in that auction. I made my decision to bid on the card based on the photos of the card posted on their website. When I received the card, I noticed a significant difference between the card in my possession and the card that was listed. The back of the card was stained, and the staining is much more visible than what PWCC website was representing. I believe this was due to PWCC brightening up the phots to disguise the actual condition of the card, and thus drive up the bid amounts. I'm attaching photos for reference. When I reached out to PWCC for refund, my request was denied. I'm seeking help in resolution to this matter. I would like to return this card to PWCC and request a refund for the $750 that the card cost.

      I have asked for an item to be taken out of an auction because I have lost faith and confidence of this business. They have refused to return my property which is worth $9k to $9.5k. I asked earlier this week. Now its Sunday and they have yet replied as they said they would do. I want my item back or market value for the item if they cant return it.

      Invoice ****** I was charged vault fees for graded cards which I never agreed to and were unaware of.I asked to speak to a manager and received no response. I want this invoice removed and all the cards to be returned to me.

      Sent in a 40 card submission of raw cards to PWCC to be graded by SGC and then sent to auction. **** confirms that ******************************* signed for the package on 3/8 at 1240. They have not confirmed receipt of my cards. I have reached out 5 times about the issue via email, which is the only form of communication that I know of. And have still not been given a phone number or any explanation of where my cards are. I have tried to reach out so they can pull footage of the day and atleast try to locate the package. They do not seem to take it serious. And continue to put me off saying the team will continue looking in to it.

      Website has fraudulently stolen my items that I gave them to store in a "vault". Company claims that the had the right to send them to auction without my consent. Company is now fraudulently trying to cover it's tracks.

      I sold over $20k in sportscards via PWCC in 2022. They were required to send me a Form 1099-K, but I have never received it. I have been requesting it for nearly a month, but their accounting department refuses to respond despite my following up on eight occasions. I need them to email me the form they must send. It's a fairly straightforward request.

      this matter concerns their invoice #****** for the amount of $2,400 + shipping and sale tax. because it was a holiday weekend the checks (2 in total) were mailed out on January 2 in a **** 2-3 day envelope to ensure the arrival before the invoice requirement date (tracking #**** **** **** **** **** 51). they received the envelope on January 5 at 12:29PM. I received notice on January 10 that my order had "defaulted" due to late payment (the deadline was January 6 and my check was received the day earlier). Numerous efforts to contact them after this date went without response even though they had my money AND the sports card was (and still is) available!!! I have been an extremely loyal customer of theirs dating back to 2015 and have purchased well over $50,000 from them (I have documentation on all this) and was hoping for a more professional manner in which this transaction went about. I think what hurts the most is that they have "blocked" me from further purchasing (not that I will anyway from now on after this fiasco) and didn't have the decency to respond to my numerous messages. I even asked if they could call me to discuss this situation but that fell on deaf ears after they so-called "blocked" me!! PWCC has been kicked off selling on **** for "shady practices" and yet I remained loyal... basically because I never had an issue with them. they always let me pay with a check (which I appreciated) and were always pleasant to deal with. I have applied to get my money back (looks like I've lost $317 somewhere in this process) but a simple sorry from them and ship the card that I ordered (and paid in a timely matter) and I'll be a happy camper. if I didn't make a mistake looking back on this was that I should not have ordered on a Holiday weekend. I didn't want the card to sell over the weekend for fear of someone else winning the auction... this was and is a difficult card to acquire in the sports card industry!! please reach out if you need any additional info.

      My account was suspended because of a non pay for an item- I have never not paid and am a preferred member which means you have to show you have $25,000 in assets . The customer service number simply sends you to the online chat which I am blocked from using. I started another account thinking there was an error and got a message that I was blocked from that account as well. I have no idea what is going on and I shipped them a $600 card for auction. ************ e

      I saw auctions happening in a app I use. I bid on a graded card and won at a goos price (about 10$ under street value). Then, I found out that if I wanted the card, the shipping fees were so high that it would kill the deal. I kept it in their "vault" as it was the only free option.I then decided to relist it. Surprise, it sold for double what I paid! Great. I go to edit my payout options... another surprise! 50usd fee to cash out! The card sols for 88usd and I need to pay 50usd to cash out? Why? This is a complete scam to get you to bid on stuff you will never receive and then never cash out your money. So they keep the collectibles AND the money. STAY AWAY unless you want to lose your money.

      I shipped my collectible cards to pwcc to be graded and then put into their vault. After the timeframe passed that they promised, I began contacting them every other day. They shipped back one of my sets, without notice or update to their online system. The second set that I sent they now want to charge me $300 to get them back, stating they suddenly changed policies which I was not given notice to. They had promised to image and authenticate each card and that was never completed, and I only get an image of one card, I am not even sure if they even have my cards still or if they have been sold off at one of their auctions. I have documentation going back months trying to get this resolved. I have asked for a statement of my account detailing every shipment that I have sent them and the history of actions that they took with dates up until now and have not received anything.

      These are emails and chats between myself and pwcc customer service.  They continously change their process and turnaround times and will not give direct answers about the whereabouts of my cards or even the actual count that they have in their possession

      I received an email that did not address my concerns as stated in my complaint.  ************ continues to try and sidestep accounting for the cards that I have sent to them, refuses to send me any type of history or statements regarding the transactions, and is expecting me to pay for my cards to be returned to me.
