            ***************** the insurance agent for this company set my husband and I up either an insurance policy through Progressive Insurance. We were told specifically by **** that we had 150 free miles of towing. The weekend of my nephews birthday my car broke down in California. Requested towing only to find out **** flat out LIED and my tow bill would be $700.00. Now the insurance is refusing to pay and my husband and I were told ***** for you but we don't care that you were lied to. Progressive is saying to talk to the agent who conveniently refuses to return any of our phone calls. Absolutely ridiculous that the customer service is horrible and more importantly the agents will flat out lie just for a sale. Not only is our agent not returning our calls but he has yet to send us any of our insurance info we had to call several times just to get a picture of our insurance card with our policy number. THIS BUSINESS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
