      I enrolled my son in two Mad Science summer camps. The company went out of business and did not communicate that to anyone. When I spoke with the proprietor, he had no remorse and just said "the camp is closed." I asked why no one was informed and requested a refund. He said the camp was closed an that there was no money. I am out $900 and have an extremely disappointed child. I would like a refund.

      I paid $200 on November 29, 2022, for my daughter to participate in an after-school program at ************************************************. On January 13, 2023, Mad Science formally cancelled the classes, which were scheduled to begin that same day. I've called and emailed repeatedly asking for a refund. I have not received a response to any call or email. I'd like to be reimbursed the program cost I paid. I am uploading the payment receipt and cancellation notice. Please let me know if I need to also upload the various emails sent to Mad Science requesting a refund. Thanks, ***********************

      We signed up our daughter for a summer camp that was supposed to take place July 2022 Order #: WREG-******* with mad science. Class dates were July 18 to 22. We were notified July 17 that the teacher for the class tested positive for Covid and that the class would be cancelled. My wife called for a refund and we were instructed a refund would be issued within 7 days. Recently we were discussing this incident and realized we never received our refund. Over the past few weeks my wife has called 11 times, left messages, weve sent an email and my wife even went in person to try and receive our refund yesterday. When we are able to reach someone once on 1/12 and was told someone in charge would reach out. No one has reached out. When my wife went in person we were told someone named *** would call today. This never happened. Theyve cancelled the class, kept our money and wont respond or give any direction on how we can get our money back. This is a horrible business that obviously does not care about their customers and taking money that is not theirs!

      We had been working with them to see if we could reschedule to another date -- we were waiting on a reply for several months.  They have been refunded.

      I am rejecting this response because: no one reached out for rescheduling. Additionally we were never refunded as which is where this complaint originated. Spoke to Dom last Friday. He advised the business had -$200 in their bank account and was most likely going under. He confirmed on the phone when looking up the class that we were never refunded. His resolution is that we call in a month with hopes that theyll still be open and will have money in their account by then.

      He was refunded, It was long enough that it could not be refunded to his credit card, and a check was mailed.Tell us why here...

      I had enrolled my kids for Mad Science Camp at Happy Valley for Jul 18 - Jul 22, 2022. On Jul 17, the camp was cancelled.However after numerous phone calls, emails and complaints asking for a refund I have not been provided with one. I have paid a total $410 to this camp for which I am awaiting refund. ($205 per kid * 2 kids)
