      I was past due and got a notice that specified my service would be disconnected "in 48 hours." My money was due within 48 hours so I thought I would be ok. I woke up less than 24 hours later to the power being off and now have to pay more I wasn't planning as a deposit and for the reconnect fee. They said power can be shut off "within" 48 hours which the notice does not specify.

      Rocky Mountain Power residential customer service is really bad..it should be against the law how long they keep you on hold...first 9 minutes then they say 10 minutes and so on and so on....you can start service online at a new residence but you can't start service online at a new residence...my wife has tried the last 3 days o and on hold forever.I am typing this whole I'm on hold with them too..It's a joke...and only in **** where they don't give a c*** about the consumer...

      Rocky Mountain had to perform emergency repairs at my apartment complex. Not only did they email me, they texted and cheddar as well to inform me of the upcoming repairs. This was so appreciated because my son is autistic and does not handle power outages well AT ALL. He legit panicky, ifs very stressful for him. With RM keeping in contact with me multiple times, I was able to ready my son for the outage this morning. He handled it 1 million times better because I was able to prepare both him and myself for the outage. The outage was only a fraction of the time stated (4 hours reported but only took 3) and when there's an outage otherwise due to unforseen circumstances, ** has a crew here super fast and repairs are made very quickly. Thank you so much for making me aware of the outage ahead of time, and repairing things so quickly. You truly saved my son (and myself) hours of anxiety!!!!

      Called 3x to change the name on my rental. The first time I was on hold for 36 minutes with being told my waiting period of 30 seconds, then 6 minutes, then 25 minutes, then over 30 minutes. I finally hung up. The next time I was told my waiting time would be 30 minutes, I gave up after 45 minutes. The last time I called I stayed on hold until it was answered by a human. It took 17 minutes. Since I have been a good paying customer x2 since I moved to *******, ** and expect to be treated better than this. I finally was able to talk to a person and resolved my issues.

      Theyre an awful company to work for. They abuse their disabled employees, have you work ***** hour days without considering you have other things to do, penalize you for telling them you have a drs appointment and wont make an accommodation, threaten to fire you any chance they get and treated me like I was trash, I had to get a surgery and they tried to MAKE me work after my surgery though they knew 2-3 months in advanced, I cant.

      We are the only block without power in our area. Every surrounding block has power. Our power has been off since yesterday and their ETAs are BOGUS. You know what is most upsetting? I walked around our block and there is ZERO workers present at all. None. Do you guys even try??
