Date of transaction: 3/23/21 Money: $100 Item: Candles Dispute: 4 candles = 1 completely broken, 3 where smudged. Company outcome: Company has not reached out to me at all. What I did: I sent 3 separate messages = 2 emails 1 dm message via Instagram. Order #: *****Business response

Hi there, I did not see her Instagram direct message explaining the damage to her candles that happened during shipping and did apologize to her for this as messages via instagram get lost and are easily missed. When I did receive her message via my web portal (on April 29th) I offered a refund and even offered to send her replacements at no cost. She never responded to my last message. I did indeed send her a return shipping label to her given email address in case she just wanted to return her damaged candles for a refund, but did not receive any return from her.
I can send you confirmation of me sending cynthia a return label via email if you need that.
