Mirical method bathtub refinishing. I needed my tub cut down so my disabled girlfriend was able to get in to shower. They cut the tub put this ******* foam in and fitted a piece of fiberglass on the cut out. They had to return 3 times because the fiberglass piece was cracking and they worked on it 3 times and it's still not right. Now they tell me that they can't do anything about it because they said it was above there head's but they never said anything about that in the beginning now my tub is cracking again on both sides plus the foam they put in to fill and ****** came out the side of my house. I've taken pictures of the tub and the outside wall. I told them I want a full refund or I getting ahold of you people.Business response

We did the work for **************** on April 21 2021.
We did explain the cut in the tub is to be used as a step over, not a step on. However they proceeded to put full weight on the step, which makes it crack.
We explained the step is not designed to be used that way. We offered to inject foam into the step, to give it some more support, while we explained this is not what we normally do and it may cause issues. He accepted this solution. There was no charge for this additional work.
As foam could go anywhere where there was no barrier small amount of foam went thru sidings.
*************** proceeded to sent us a number of threatening e-mails and told us never to come back.
Now *************** contacted us again now, past his warranty period with more threatening e-mails.
At this point we don't wish to continue any business dealings.Customer response

i did not receive any emails from anyone. Also I don't believe this is right I spent over $400 on a bathtub remodel and it didn't last a year. I either want this permitly taken care of or I want my $400 back. This is rediculous that the can do a shody job come out 3 times for the same problem and they have never fixed it properly. I need you people to step up to the plate and do something I refuse to let this go. I'm 67 years old and can't just throw away $400. So please I would like some action
