      I sent Karman auto a **** **** Deere **** tractor instrument cluster sj10747 to have proper hours put on it only. It worked fine.when I received it back the hours were correct but nothing else worked that was previously working. I emailed him(***) he responded and said he would check it. I sent it back to him. I recieved it back after a lengthy period. The cluster was apart the frt glass not glued back together and nothing works. The hours were at 0.Will not respond to my email. I paid him ******. Now my cluster is not useable. Again wont respond to email.

      Customer sent unit for mileage correction/hours. Hour correction completed and customer complained that unit isnt working correctly. Customer sent unit back, we tested it on ********* and unit works fine on our end. My tech did put in original file back, tested the unit and re uploaded the modified file back and unit was working correctly on *********. We initially misquoted this service and actually provided customer a partial refund. Video of unit working on ********* was sent to customer. It is possible the issue isnt in the unit but in the tractor itself- we suggest customer get his tractor diagnosed.

      My instrument cluster was fully operable when sent to have hour correction. Now it does not function. I have sent it to another repair facility. Was told it is programmed incorrectly and that there is damage from possible over voltage put to the instrument cluster. I am currently having it repaired. I think Karman auto meant well in his attempts over months but that being said he would not communicate, so here we are.

      My cluster is inoperative since repairs. Problem verified by ag express electronics. Circuits blown internal and improper programming.

      when programming, we dont put voltage therefore this claim is irrelevant. We tested this unit on ********* before sending it out- unit works and reflects correct mileage. Customer claimed unit isnt working and sent it back in. We loaded his original file back on, tested it and then re-loaded new file and per ********* testing, unit works. We sent a video to the customer. If needed, video and email correspondence can be provided to BBB along with both tracking numbers. our program also stores old/new data which we can also provide need be.

      I have been dealing with this since April, I just got the parts back,but I still have the same problem. I had the vehicle taken to the ******** dealer and was told that the key was not working and the key with the fob doesn't work.I ordered a new key from the dealer and we are waiting to see what happens. The work I paid for hasn't been done. and I need a resolution.

      We do not agree to refund as we did the work. It appears that this customer self diagnosed his own vehicle incorrectly. He sent an *** module and his keys to be programmed to his **** We programmed the keys to the **** Customer went to the dealer and dealer ordered a new *** module and vehicle still does not start because it appears that the *** isnt even the issue. Our work was done therefore we are not offering a refund. Please see attachments of communication along with a screen print of the programming completed.

      I paid for an auto-computer service. paid for it in advance and shipped my keys and computer to the company. I got a text indicating that it was received and that I need computer chips for the keys. I can't access the company. by phone, text, and or email. we want the job finished or the return of my items. This has been going on for two months. we paid for this with PayPal installments and will contact PayPal as we have made a few payments.

      Customer sent 2 AAM modules and 2 keys. Both key transponders were bad. We ordered new transponders and had to wait for arrival from vendor. Both keys and AAM modules have been programmed and shipped via USPS- 9405536106025858369445.

      The tracking of the mail shipment tag was printed ,But item hasn't arrived at the post office today. All of this could have been averted if the vender would communicated with **. We are reasonable people and would have understood.

      Karman Auto provides a service where they will reprogram a *********************** (ECU) and immobilizer (WSP) modules to clear a "no starting" error. The service is still up on their website, and they advertise it on ***** I followed directions on the site and mailed in the parts (including two key fobs), all of which is a value of $700-1000. The service was $275. I can conform they received the parts on January 7, 2023. It is now a month and a half later: February 21. I have called (goes to voicemail), texted and emailed at least a dozen times with no response. I would like my parts back and a refund.

      We have your parts and our tech has put in a lot of effort into getting it done but has not been successful. 
      He will try once more with updated programming and if not, he will ship back and issue a refund.

      Date of transaction 9/08/2022 I sent my air bag module for reset to Karmanauto. They received and reset then returned. I installed module but it was still showing codes. I contacted company and they said to ship module back and they would check it again. So I shipped it back to them and they returned it to me. I reinstalled and still has codes. I have since contacted company three times about a refund for the service not working. I am fine with deducting the cost for the second shipment. Total cost was ***** for service and shipping I am willing to take 70 for a refund cause I read that customer is liable for all shipping. I would just like my money back for the service not working but no one will contact me back about the situation.
