This company installed brand new door speakers and a brand new Sub Woofer in February 2020. The Woofer stopped working a month later. No working Woofer for over a year. Finally take it for Troubleshooting of the Sub Woofer and Amplifier. Correct way to troubleshoot is to connect the Sub Woofer to a KNOW WORKING Amplifier and to connect the Amplifier to a KNOWN WORKING Woofer. They connected Amp to a known working Woofer and saw the Amp was bad. Instead of connecting the Sub to a working Amp, they connected it to the bad Amp anyway and it blew the Sub Woofer, which was fine but just needed a new amplifier. They did not replace my sub woofer and now are quoting me $1,000+ to replace the Amplifier AND Sub Woofer (which was working). Terrible business practice from a business I worked with before and thought was reputable. The Amplifier is old and I have no problem replacing that. However, the company should be replacing the Sub for free due to horrible troubleshooting by the tech.
