Bought a home from J & M homes in *****************, The home was placed on the property in June of 2021 and I did the final walk through in July 2021, On the final walk through there was some window screens missing and 1 of the cabinet drawers were damaged and needed replaced. I was assured by the representative from J & M homes that the drawer would be replaced and the window screens would be installed... but that never happened. Its now October and after calling ***** at J & M homes about every 3 weeks who claimed each time that he would look into it and get the drawer and the window screens coming. Well the drawer still hasn't been replaced and the window screens still need to be delivered and installed. Hopefully ***** can finish the job they were hired to do and we can get this issue resolved.Business response

We immediately contacted ************************ via e mails as he did not want to talk, I tried calling him as well, left message with no return call. I can be reached at ************, ***********************, General Manager, J & M Homes. ************************ is to have his screens picked up from supplier Monday 11/1, and his Kitchen drawer has been ordered from the manufacture, should have it in about 2 weeks. I am hoping this will satisfy ************************ as they were the items addressed in his complaint. I understand maybe why he has not responded to me as he has probably heard it before, so seeing will be believing. We will follow through to get items completed asap. Thank you
