October 2021 dropped off my **** Econoline van at E&S. For the purpose of replacing the motor. 10/21/21 returned to E&S to purchase a motor to be ordered by **** owner of E&S. I could have bought the same model of motor locally for a lot less but **** convinced me to order from a ***** company which he assured me would produce a better product. I agreed to go with his recommendation and so paid with card *******. **** informed me that it would probably take a few months for the motor to arrive Couple months go by I started to call E&S regularly to check delivery status. Regularly called once a week or every 2 weeks. When able to reach **** he always assured me that my vehicle was next for work and he was just waiting on the motor. He assured me that once the motor came in he would get it going right away.4 - 5 months after ordering the motor I talked to **** one morning who informed me that the motor had come in and that he would get started on the my van real soon after he finished another customers vehicle. Continued to call E&S once a week to every 2 weeks. Normally **** would not answer the phone, so I would drive to the shop. When I talked to him he would tell me the same thing " That he had to finish the ** that was parked in his garage so that there was room for my van to work on it. This continued for about another 6 months.My van had been at E&S for a year, I decided I was tired of excuses and was done doing business with E&S. I wanted to take my van elsewhere. When I picked my van up it was parked at a flooded area of his property the van had rust forming on it, the interior was full of spiders and webs and there was black berries growing up into it after sitting for so long. **** informed me he could return and refund the parts he ordered to include the motor. I told him to do this.***/2023 talked to **** turns out he sent the motor back with no receipt and no refund. He does not answer his phone. I want my money back or the motor.
