              Management issues, name ***********************- Hillsboro branch- Allie Manager/ overlooks problems. Letters to directors sent with no response. I have repeating called or emailed, finally get a response back after days or weeks from ***** stating loudly ******* is overwelmed and as is ***** with other issues going on with advantis. Never received direct answer to my questions and I feel it was just a subnose or i dont care attitude. This Hillsboro branch has a revolving door of either terminatin employees or new ones there as staff employees. Whick are very incapable of getting you an answer. I am diabetic and I had asked to use bathroom quickly and I was told I need to go down street and use someone elses rest room. They are no customer service and between board members or so called upper management, not giving rip about peoples feelings, or concerns, just putting their numbers up in getting new customers and telling them what they need to hear. I am a CEO of **************************************************************************** portland, I have a approached ***********************, **** and ***** with my issues and always avoid confrontation this *********************** needs to be fired or as she would say i wish they would transfer me to a closer location to her home. I dont know what else I can say rather this goes anywhere or not. This is the only way a customer like me an voice our opinion to a shatie operation when it fits into their time to get back to you. These 3 individuels are very egotistical and seem to hold or stonewall ecept to say did I answer your question, for they are just to busy as I have been repeatedly been told to answer my questions. Rathere this complaint goes anywhere or not, i want others to know how invaluble they are to work wih and treat their customers as a number only. I have put large sums of money in this bank and now I have taken out most everthing because of non loyalty and distrust of *********************** Branch Manager, whom cant keep stories straight

              Awful company. Our house floods, insurance company pays out on claim. Advantis holds our mortgage, so we (homeowner) and they are signers on the insurance check. Advantis refuses to release insurance funds to pay for our home repair until the work is done. What to do if you don't have $100k to repair your home? They helpfully suggested that we get a $100k loan. They also seem to think that if there are leftover funds (what insurance company overpays on a claim?!?) they are allowed to apply the money to the loan. It's in the fine print....Arcane, arbitrary, one sided 'policies'. Customer service refuses to send anything in writing, including the company policies that they reference. They state that they are not authorized to participate in written communication. Hmmm, I wonder why? The manager that allegedly is authorized to send over the policy is unreachable and unable to return our calls. I will never deal with this company again. We have no kitchen, no sinks, no dishwasher, no stove, etc. It's been stressful beyond words. You do the right thing, pay your insurance, etc and then you've got a greedy company overzealous about keeping as much money as possible that plays by it's own rules. This is not your friendly local credit union. Far, far from it.

              We apologize for the delay but appreciate the opportunity to respond to this review. Providing exceptional service to our members is Advantis top priority, and wed like to share additional details regarding this situation to provide context, and to reaffirm our commitment to resolving member challenges. This matter was resolved to the homeowners satisfaction, and, to the best of our knowledge, the repairs completed. We know the homeowner was frustrated by the *****, but the situation was unfortunately not straight forward. We were the second of two lienholders on the property and, although we tried many times to communicate with the primary lienholder, they never responded. Knowing the homeowners needed resolution, we released the check to the primary lender with only the hope that the primary lender would protect our interests when managing the funds and the repairs. We did this in support of and on behalf of this member, doing everything possible to assist them.
