I cancelled this account (I thought) months ago. They still send and charge for the product. The credit card on file is no longer valid.I never signed up for an annual subscription. After reviewing your account, we did not find previous messages from you at the email address on file. We did see that you accessed your self-service subscription account on June 17, but the subscription remained active at that time. Weve now permanently canceled your subscription to ensure no further shipments or charges, and weve also processed a full refund for your most recent order.
We completely understand how important trustworthy American manufacturing is to you and were proud to share that our new facility in ***********, ******** is now up and running. This means we are actively making detergent sheets here in the ***, with plans to transition all of our customers to our US-made Laundry Detergent Sheets. It may take a little time to reach full capacity, but were well on our way.
We truly appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right. If theres anything more we can do to support you, please let us know.

Ive attempted to contact the company 6 times in one month and tried to get my bank to stop payment on the shipments that come unwanted. There is no way to get a response from their website, by email or phone. I cannot log into my account because they do not provide a code number. Please advise me how to contact them.Business Response

I am unable to log into my account in order to change the delivery date of the Earth Breeze laundry sheets. It tastes that an email or sms code will be sent in order to log in. I enter my email, but do NOT receive an email or sms with the needed code. Ive sent two emails to the ******************************** with no response. I have left a voice mail on the number I found. No response. I have been able to communicate through ******** Messenger on May 29th. I verified my email address with them. They said they have my phone number that can receive text messages. I still dont receive an email with the necessary code. I have used the Contact page on their website to tell them that Id like to cancel my account. I like the product, but its frustrating that I cant get on to change delivery datesBusiness Response

Weve looked into your account and can see that you reached out through several different channels. While our team responded to each of your messages except for the voicemail, it sounds like those replies may not have made it to you, and I completely understand how upsetting that must have been.
We also saw that you've successfully used the login codes in the past, but something clearly went wrong this time, and for that, Im deeply sorry.

Around 18 to 24 months ago I ordered a trial of Earth breeze laundry detergent sheets and did not sign up for autoship. Months after receiving the initial shipment they charged me a large amount of money and sent me a year supply I did not ask for. I got someone on the phone after much trouble and they were supposed to refund us and cancel all auto shipping not to send us any further sheets. Today I received a large box on March 31st of Earth breeze laundry sheets again without permission they again took funds out of our account. It has been canceled twice and they continue to send us auto shipping and take money out of our bank account we have not given permission for. They now sent us another entire year supply I DID NOT ASK FOR AND DO NOT WANT!They do not resolve the problems they do not respond they are extremely hard to get on the phone and continue to steal funds out of our account.Business Response

I can understand how upsetting it must be to receive shipments you weren't expecting and didnt intend to order, especially after feeling the subscription had already been canceled. This is absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have with Earth Breeze.
Ive taken a closer look into your account and found it under a different email address than the one used to contact us today. I saw that you had reached out last year asking us to place your order on hold, and while we sent a few follow-ups, we never received confirmation to cancel the subscription or a response. I'm really sorry that those communications didnt lead to a clear resolution thats on us.
I also want to acknowledge how difficult it was to reach us, and Im sorry you had to go through that. Ive gone ahead and made sure that your subscription is now fully canceled, and a refund has been processed for the most recent order. You will not receive any additional charges or shipments going forward.

My credit card was automatically charged for $144.00 on 2/9/25. I wanted to change my subscription and tried to log in to my account on their website but was not successful because it said it didn't recognize my email. I attempted many times to email the 24/7 customer service over a 2 day period and never received a response. I tried to call the number but you cannot reach an actual person. I can not use your laundry sheets to wash my clothes. I have washed my clothes a few times but your soap makes me break out in a severe rash. Please, please cancel my order I can not use your product. I just received another shipment of your product today. I dont want it what can I do to return it. I have been trying to get a phone number to cancel their repeat delivery and charges for months and to date I can not find any way to get a human to help me. We have two different offers at Earth Breeze; one is a membership or auto-renew offer for 40% off our regular price, and the other is a one-time purchase. While reviewing your complaint, I see that you signed up for our Subscribe and Save option in error. With our subscribe and save option we do our best to ensure that you receive an email reminder 30 days prior to your auto-renew date and again 5 days before. We also hold your order for 48 hours before shipping our annual subscription to give you time to respond to the order confirmation email if you wish to cancel. You may not have received these emails and were unaware of the upcoming order.
I apologize for the inconvenience of this ****. We really do value your customer experience, and apologize for the misunderstanding.
