The karate instructor signed my son up for the black belt program on my account and informed me I could cancel or place a hold at anytime and never disclosed any information to me. He told me the cost of the program per month and that he gets a better uniform with the program than with the other program. After over a year my son started to lose interest and when we called ABK to cancel they said to fill out a form online and it would be canceled in the next few days. The karate instructor emailed me telling me I cannot cancel. I called the front desk and asked to talk to his supervisor and they told me I could not talk to anyone but him. So I called him and he kept telling me he informed me of everything which is not true at all. He told me there was nothing he could do and I would be charged 95$ a month till January of ****. He never disclosed any information and told me that by signing him up online I signed a contract. Which he also never disclosed he told me there he would switch it online and that we could cancel or hold any time. I dont want reimbursed for any of the time my son has spent there I would like to not have it sent to collections and to he canceled because my son will not be going.Initial Complaint

When I called this business to cancel our subscription I was informed that I was to late into the billing cycle and that my account would be charged for the next month. I conceded to this and allowed the payment to be made. The next month I was also charged, the business claimed that they had no record of me canceling the account, they are refusing to credit our account back.Customer response

On Tuesday February the 1st I filed a complaint, ID #********, the business has reached out to me and we have come to agreeable terms.
