      I purchased a Trek grill on June 2nd, 2023. I intended to keep the grill at my camper and use it for weekend cooks. I picked the grill up from a local dealer and brought it home. I assembled the grill according to the directions and attempted todo the burn off. Unfortunately the combustion fan did not work. I have tried to reach Green ******** several times by phone, but have had no luck. I have also sent several emails to their customer support. After weeks of hearing nothing I finally get an email from them asking me to make sure the wires are connected correctly. As you can imagine that was the first thing that I checked. So, I emailed them back immediately stating the wires were connected correctly. Again, no response for a couple weeks. Then I received an email asking for the serial number of my grill and my mailing address. They stated they would send me a new fan. That was on June 22nd. I provided them with the information asked for and still no fan has arrived. I purchased one off Amazon out of my own pocket due to being sick of waiting. That fan did not work either, so Im guessing it may be a problem with the control board. Im not sure though. I again emailed Green ******** on August 1st explaining the situation and asked to exchange the grill or for a refund. I have yet to hear back from them, so it looks like Im out $400.

      My wife and I had purchased a prime ledge back in December. Let me just say we wish we could go back in time and never make that mistake we made in December, we have had nothing but issues/problems. Just like everyone else here we had reached out to tech support with no response multiple times. We did get lucky once or twice out of the 6-7 times weve emailed them but after I have emailed them three times now in the last ****************************************************** warranty replacement I to this day have not heard a darn thing from anyone. After reading other consumers comments and concerns here I feel as we are all entitled to a buyback or warranty replacement but thats hard to even get taken care of if the customer service or management cant respond back to a email. All of us consumers deserve compensation for this terrible product people like us get stuck with. We all should stand together and begin a class action lawsuit to shut this business down!

      Our son bought ** GMG Ledge for Father's *** one year ago yesterday and it worked once!!! Have reached out to the company to problem-shoot the issues that we are having with it. They have gotten back to us one time and it did not solve the problem. I believe it needs a new motherboard. Nobody and I mean nobody has gotten back to ** on why it's not working.You can not physically talk to anyone which to me is a huge FLAG!!

      Literally one of the worst purchases of my life. I bought a GMG Peak ***************** in March of 2022 for $1250. It has only worked correctly 4-5 times over the past year. I've had to replace almost everything in it including the mother board, the igniter, the auger motor and the cord/transformer. And the app/software is not intuitive and very complex to use. I went out to use it last night and it won't turn on. The LED flashes but nothing else. So I call the "customer support" number and it is no longer available! You literally can't talk to tech support anymore! What kind of company doesn't have a support group? I'm guessing one that can't afford all of the support because their product is garbage. Don't buy a GMG grill, they are junk and the company is terrible!

      We bought a GMG Ledge Prime for our son. We were impressed by the improvements and updates made since he had purchased his older one. However, he fired it up once as instructed for 30 minutes as part of the initial setup. The next morning, none of the lights on the control panel would work although there was clearly power to the unit as the interior light was on and the green power light was on on the cord. He called GMG and was given a few things to try. Nothing worked. He emailed several times and didnt get a response. Were pretty sure the control board is bad and just want them to send a new one. Their customer service is awful!

      We bought this grill on Fathers Day of 2022 and we have had nothing but problems with this since we brought it home. First thing to go was the meat probe. The second thing to go was the igniter. The third thing to go was the Wi-Fi not connecting. The fourth thing to go Was the power supply to the unit. I will never buy this product again!!! Please be aware of this product is not built to last. Also be aware that if they send you parts, you will have to do the work yourself to replace them. When you called them for advice or to help you, you always get a voicemail you never get directly in contact with tech-support!!!

      We purchased our *********************** smoker in June/2020. We kept it in the garage year one and just last year moved it to our back deck. Weve had problems since getting the grill (wifi, heating rod replaced, etc) but most were fixable. It has always remained covered when not in use and has only been used a total of about 30 times since owning it. We splurged for this grill over the ******* because it was a thicker gauged steel. We noticed some rust on the side of the grill in June so we checked it over and found the side and bottom and back of the barrel was rusting a lot in 3 different spot while the legs, front shelf and various other areas had also just started but nothing significant with these spots. It has a 3 year warranty that apparently does not cover paint. Why on earth would a company charge so much for the smoker that has minimal life span.2 years old but only one year outside. They offered up a can of paint and a gift plus instructions on how to sand it and paint it. Not a good customer service solution from the manager at Green mountain grills , he said its over two years old, yet it was two years in June when I began dealing with this problem trying to get a solution. Do not buy one, youll regret it, should have went with any other brand.

      Love this company!I just had an amazing experience working with customer service to resolve a minor issue. I submitted an email form and received an immediate call to troubleshoot my issue. Minutes later a new ignitor is on its way to me. They make excellent grills and have superb service.

      The GMG Daniel Boone I bought about 2 years ago has been nothing but a poor experience. I wanted to put my faith in this company over Traeger and boy do I regret it. The grill itself is completely poorly designed garbage. The temperatures fluctuate wildly, the sensors aren’t even close to accurate, the grill leaks smoke everywhere, the paint is chipping off everywhere despite being covered and stored inside, and the app is trash. You will think you’re doing something wrong and don’t know how to smoke meat but I guarantee it’s your GMG grill, NOT you. I have wasted hundreds and hundreds of dollars on brisket that is ruined because this grill has side to side temp fluctuations of 50 degrees and the probes and sensor itself are wildly innacurate no matter how much you calibrate them. The app and server functionality doesn’t work and they do nothing about it. Their customer service will not answer your requests and if they do they’ll just send you a random part that will do nothing since these issues are design in nature, not hardware. Please just go with a Traeger or a more reputable brand. I have no doubt in a few years GMG will be gone and you can kiss your app and server mode use goodbye.
