I am currently in litigation over the sale of hearing aids to my 93 year old father who felt pressured to purchase them., I returned the hearing aids in original box and in time according to the contract and they are still denying a refund. I have filed a small claims action and am awaiting the court date. High pressure tactics, and they draw out the "try these out for a week and come back for adjustments" until you either return them by the deadline (as I did) or get stuck with them. They even went so far as to tell me I should keep the hearing aids as they may be good in the future for another family member.

I was walking my four month old puppy in the public parking lot by the store. My dog made eye contact with two dogs inside of the store and I was trying to get him to follow my command to walk along with me. An older gentleman with white hair came outside and asked me if I needed something, I laughed and said oh no Im sorry he was just locked on with the dogs and Im trying to get him to follow me. One of the dogs and got out and ran at my puppy after he open the door and he said I didnt want her to get out like it was my fault when he opened the door and walked out without closing it. He asked me to walk elsewhere as just my dogs presence was causing their dogs to bark and upset their patients. I told him that if he was unable to control his animals and they were scaring his patients that he should consider not having them there. I also let him know that I had every right to be on public property and to control his dogs. Very shameful showing by a business.

Visited Miracle Ear in *********, **. They "tested" my hearing in an office (no soundproof booth) that included a dog barking in the same room. They ultimately offered a heaing aid fo $8490. I thought this was too high, but assumed it must be market value. Later that evening I had buyers remorse and attempted to return them following day(friday) morning. Arriving at 10 am, I found the door locked even though the sign on the window said it was open 9-5 Mon-Fri. I finally made phone contact later but was told only ******************* could do refunds and that he would not be available until Monday.I returned on Monday (Feb 22) and ***************** said he would show me a less expensive option.Since he did not show this on my initial visit, I did not trust him any longer. When I insisted I only wanted a refund, he reluctantly signed a form that only said I had returned the product. No voucher for a refund or anything was offered. Instead I was told that I would receive a refund in 2 weeks. At that point ****************** acted unprofessionaly. He becme agitated and told me that if I ever returned he would deny me service. He further made and unpleasant ****** that I should stick to online cheap hearing aids.

I purchased hearing aids in the Medford Oregon office from Loren King, I received the most horrible experience a client can ask for! King, used a BAIT and Switch method to get me to buy hearing aids, from what I purchased to what I had on trial and the horrible non working Hearing aids I currently have , UP TO BEING HRASSMED , BAIT AND SWITCH, LEMON LAW POOR QUALITY AND WRONG AIDS, BULLING AND LIED TO AND STILL RIPPING ME OFF & ALL THERE ILLEGALACTIVITIES! !! Among other issues I encountered with LOREN King! I am out 8200 I am paying 16.00 a month for a warrenty they ARE .NOT honoring. The CEO and there ATTORNEY wanted me to sign my rights to NOT SUE them in ORDER for me to GET the HEARING AIDS I SHOULD have gotten from DAY ONE.! KING HAS A ACTIVE DRUG ADDICTION AND HAS ASK ME REPEATEDLY TO BUY HIM DRUGS SINCE THE 2ND OFFICE VISIT! KING REPORTS THAT"" HE GAVE ME A STREAMING DEVICE AND THAT WAS THE LEAST I COULD DO FOR HIM"". HE HAS DEMONSTRATED HOSTILE BEHAVIORS & HAS BEEN REPRAIMANDED AT WORK AS A RESULT OF HIS DRUG ADDICTION, HE WAS DEMOTED, MOVED LOCATION BEND OR COOS BAY OR, KING IS ANGRY AT ME FOR HIS ONGOING RANDOM UAS TO ENFORCE HIS SOBRIETY! BUT THEY HAVE FAILED IN EVERY LEVEL TO PROVIDE ME A REFUND, FOLLOW UOS PROPER CAR CLEANING ETC!! LOREN KING ALSO ILLEGALLLYCLEANED MY EARS OUT JUNE 5TH, 2021 AND IS NOT QUALIFIED TO DO SO WHICH KING DID ON 2 OCCASSION JUNE 2021, INCLUDING ASKING ME REPEATEDLY FOR MY DOCTORS PERSCRIBED MEDICATION FOR MY ADHD , ONCE AGAIN TO FEED HIS ADDICTION ! HE IS STILL BATTLING WITH HIS DRUG HABIT AND STAYING CLEAN, DUE TO HIS PTSD PER KING! WHICH CONFIRMS HIS ACTIVE USE WHILE STILL. REPRESENTING MIRACLE-EAR AND DEALING WITH CLIENTS MAJOR SENSE WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF METHAMPHETAMINE! I WANT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH MIRACLE-EAR AND DEMAND A FULL REFUND SO THAT I CAN GO BACK TO MY PRIOR AUDIOLOGIST WHO RECENTLY GAVE ME A HEARING TEST WHICH COST ME 160.00 , DIFFERENT RESULTS DIFFERENT HEARING AIDS BTE VERSE RIC WHICH IS WHAT LOREN KING RECOMMENDED!! A 360 RESULT FINDING FROM KING AND! FOR NEW HEARING AIDS THE COST IS 6500 PUS 250 FOR STREAMING DEVICE. THEY OWE ME 8200!! ORIGINALLY THEY QUOTED ME WHICH WAS PAID IN FULL CASH UPON THE SALE OF MY HOME DECEMBER 2020! DISCOUNTED FROM AARP FOR 1800 LEAVING ME THE BALANCE OF 8200! I AM ONLY ABLE TO WEAR BTE AKA BEHIND THE EAR HEARING AIDS FOR MY SEVERE LOSS NOT WHAT LOREN KING HAS SOLD ME! I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A REFUND SINCE THE END OF JANUARY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN LESS THAN THERE 90 DAY RETURN POLICY HAD THEY HEARD MY COMPLAINTS AND REPLIED TO ME. OPPOSE TO IGNORING AND PUTTING ME OFF WITH " WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU" ALL THEY DID WAS BUY THEMSELVES TIME SO MY WARRENTY WOULD EXPIRE. I AM STILL PAYING 14.99 A MONTH FOR NON WORKING HEARING AIDS! PLEASE GIVE ME A FULL REFUND IS ALL I AM ASKING OF THEM WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS SO THAT I MAY PURCHASE BTE AND HEAR!! PLEASE I NEED TO HEAR AGAIN SO HEARING ME OUT DONT DO THIS TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES!!! THIS IS WRONG IN EVERY LEVEL!!!
