I signed up for a monthly package for $62 a month for spray tan.On aug 15th I sent a email to cancel my membership (this is the only way to cancel) and got a verification email that they got my message. They still continued to charge my account and this went on for 3 months each month I sent a new cancellation request. The tan republic is the one in Klamath Falls but it wasnt on the options and I believe its owned by the same owner as **************** one. After 3 months I got an apology email and they told me they sent a refund of ******. I let them know I have not received it an please show prof because dont have it. I have verified with my bank that nothing has gone through. They will not respond to most my emails and if they do they just say They sent it.Business response

Thank you for sending out the complaint, #********. However, each Tan Republic is individually owned and operated.
The Klamath Falls location is not under the same ownership as ****************/*********** franchise. If we could proceed with the next steps to remove this complaint against our franchise that would be wonderful.

******* emailed in saying that she wanted to cancel back in August. We noticed that this process did not complete, and completed it promptly as soon as we were contacted. We issued a refund that same day. On our end, the refund showing everything processed.
******* contacted us to let us know that she had not received this on her end. As a result, we contacted our corporate headquarters to see if they could push the refund through. We were told from them that her bank was rejecting the refund.
We gave ******* two options of how we can rectify this. The first option is to give her a check with the money we owe her, as well as a free month of tanning. The second option is that we can give her $100 plus what we owe her in, in-store credit, as well as a free month of tanning.
We have tried to reach ******* via phone, we are just awaiting her response to her preference. I also provided the dialogue of our collective communications.
