During the project, I tried to be flexible and understanding, but was frustrated when - without communication - the team working here was pulled off to go to another project in the middle of the job and a new team came in right at pivotal moments in the work and without the context of the project. WIth this movement of people and lack of oversight and understanding, details were missed as my project was pushed aside for other projects.Due to the lack of over site the project was done poorly. Team came back 3 times to fix and still left concrete post that they installed unstable, posts not secured and drainpipes that were dug up during constriction not replaced. In the middle of the job that decided that the basement would not be able to be fixed wit the product they sold me, they credited back that fee even though I did not agree to the change order, and left my basement in total disrepair.During construction they planned to install piers on the exterior wall and dug up a portion of ground that supported my side deck and did not backfill or repair the deck. Multiple post that they installed were not leveled properly which was one of the main functions of the repair. When they excavated to install the helical piers on the other side of the house they dug up a sewer line and a portion of the retaining wall that holds up the entrances of the house collapsed because they did not replace the post they sawed off to give access to their machine. I have tried to work with the company. I paid 60K for this repair and it will cost me over 25k to fix what they have done incorrectlyBusiness response

Hi BBB team,
We've been in communication with ****** and had coordinated with her to get a crew on-site to address her concerns. The crews left last Friday (2/10) and the customer was satisfied. She accepted a $5,000 check and we paid a company $2,300 to repair drainage. I have photo evidence that some of the complaints were existing issues. That said, this was a complicated project and it was important to RamJack that the customer was satisfied with the end result. I know ****** is frustrated with scheduling and the timeline of events but I'm hopeful that she would drop the complaint at this point.
