We purchased our manufactured home from Marv at Len's Home Sales. We had some issues with a few items that we told Marv about. Such as some cracks where the 2 pieces come together, 1 crack in the bathroom ceiling, a few areas where the ceiling and the walls meet, the hot water heater wasn't working properly, the kitchen island had a hole in it and the crack in the siding in the front of our home. We told Marv about all of these issues. He had Randy fix everything except the kitchen island, which he said the factory had to repair. Randy came out and put some type of filler in the crack and painted it. It lasted for a few months, but now the crack is still there and open. I emailed Chris ******* at ********* Homes and he said that since they didn't do the repair and didn't know anything about it, he wasn't going to authorize a repair. I have left emails for Marv, but have not received any response from him. Marv should have contacted the factory and have them do the repair.
