?Do not go to Canby auto lube! After messing up my moms jeep, and now, my car I am putting a warning out there for people. ? I think everyones heard a horror story from this place, and its about time they either fix it, or shut the place down! Canby Car Wash & Auto Lube employees not only lied to me about the services that they checked (told me they topped off my windshield wiper fluid when it has been beeping at me all week, also never checked my tires, battery, any of the other fluids. It says they were all checked and topped off. Also says I refused, vacuuming, and they never mentioned it?)?, they also broke my dipstick, and now I am leaking oil all over my engine. ? been home for a while now, now leaking oil all over the street. Didnt want to park in the driveway. ?but the worst part is. they overfilled my oil big-time! I am certainly glad I checked the oil when I got gas right after they changed my oil! Who is the owner of this place? ? the crew wont give me a phone number or a name after I called the business. They took down my number but I am not receiving a call back. I even sent an email. ?Business response

We have resolved this issue with the customer. Once he gave us an opportunity to make the corrections, our team was able to resolve the complaint. Oil change was done properly, wind washer fluid was topped off, tire pressure wash checked, etc.
We would appreciate the opportunity to fix our mistakes prior to any of our customers posting poor reviews on social media and reporting us to the BBB!

I took my **** Dodge Dakota to the Canby ********** today for its service since I had just purchased it several days ago. I asked to make sure to lube the driveline u joints. He said he would show the new kid what to do because he was training him. He came to my window and explained that it did not have zerk fittings, just a solid piece of metal. I explained to him that I had my finger on each driveline zerk Last night. He then said he would prove me wrong by taking photos so he went to photograph the non zerk universal joint. He brought back photos of the end of the u joints. He would not listen to reason. I then brought back photos of the zerks on my drive. He yelled he was done and was not going to finish greasing my truck.I am a retired teacher and was trying to show him what and where the zerks are on the u joints. I even brought back a u joint to show him the zerk. I was not arguing nor did I once raise my voice.My hobby, restoring classic cars Did not finish job-refund
