**** worked well past normal Work hours to finish our plumbing needs. One was particularly tricky and we are so grateful he figured out a way to do it with minimal invasion. We had some issues in the past with Einstein with communication but their expert did a great job. Thanks ****!

No call no show on scheduled appointment. Called (got voice mail) and e mailed about it and got no response. One of items involved warranty work.

My experience with Einstein Plumbing and Heating, Bend OR is one of overwhelming disappointment. Things started off well with our agreement that this company would install a tankless hot water system at a cost of approximately $4500. But the system failed to operate properly. Wait time for hot water to reach the taps was ridiculous. Even the lead plumber stated to me "This is not right!" after he had tested the system. The company then offered to try to fix the problem for an additional approximately $1900. I asked them to itemize the quote which they promised to do but NEVER DID. Many weeks passed plus multiple phone calls but no action. Ultimately I hired a mechancial engineer to correct the original failed installation. Parallel to this issue, the same company separately installed a valve in one of my shower wands at a cost of approximately $400+. The wand valve has never worked. I reported the problem and asked for a service call to repair it. Weeks have gone by and no response. I am 93 years old. I believe this company has abused me and taken advantage of my age. I feel badly cheated.

This business sucks. I scheduled a new sink, garbage disposal and faucet. It took two weeks to schedule the job and then on the day they are supposed to do the job, they cancel after making me wait two hours for their no show. Then they say the earliest they can get me back on the schedule is another two weeks. That's just bad business practice. You got one star because there is no place for zero
