Working with the service department is a nightmare. I needed the cam shaft and lifters replaced on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon plus some recall work, initially they ested 1 week for fixes. I was patient for approx. 4 weeks before I called them for an update. I called multiple times and no one answered, when someone answered, no one could tell me what was going on with my vehicle. They told me theyd give a call back but days would go by and Id have to call them again. I finally talked to someone that told me that the cam shaft and lifters were done (done for a week) but while doing the recall work they caused damage to the Jeep that resulted in over 40 codes flashing on the Jeep. They told me they didnt know why because the technician had another car they were working on. (My impression was they damaged the Jeep, put it back in line, and were going to fix it at their convenience) but realistically, I was frustrated because it had been a month and a half without my daily driver and they werent telling me what had gone wrong. After calling them back again, they said they had to replace the *** control module after the damage that was caused and after 7 weeks the Jeep was ready for pick up. I had no confidence or faith in the service department that they had actually fixed the issue, so I took it to a local mechanic to get it looked over. While the mechanic looked at it, the 40 plus codes flashed again issue ended up being the battery for 7 weeks and so much frustration the issue was the battery the company was unreliable, incompetent, irritating to work with, and lead to me to trading in the jeep for a different brand vehicle because I never wanted to have to deal with them again. I am running out of characters to get into detail so this is the highlight.

I spent 5 days researching what I needed for a change in activity level and needs for some fun adventures to take my mind off nights spent in the back of my ambulance with patients in much worse a situation than me. That lead me to a 2022 Jeep Gladiator Overland.WHAT WAS I THINKING? This dealership. I have no words. Wait, I have one. DISASTER. Pure and simple. I'm tired of being treated like c*** then asked to pay interest on a loan I've taken out on being treat as such.Lets meet ***. She's a big girl, comes out the door screaming Helllooooooo! as if I'm the long lost child that has become her late night drinking ****** Guess what girl? I'm not. We aren't buddies, we aren't friends of friends. That old Zig Ziggler sales video you watched on customer engagement, it went out in ****. It was fake friendly then, & still is today.I planned out the day as I work nights, got home & got online. Reserved the car by stock number, picked a 4 PM slot, then secured a loan and printed out all the papers to expedite the sale.Come 4:02 PM the time of my appointment with ****** (they call him ***) go figure. My PRIORITY appointment scheduled for **** *****/*** is a no show. Although, he sent 3 text, & called 1 time confirming 4 PM. Maybe I should have texted him 6 times and called twice to verify the appointment with him.So here is ***. God bless her, she thinks she has this whole thing figured out. Be loud, fake friendly, let the twins on her chest lead the conversation, and this dude will just give up his hard earned money. ***, again with the **** sales seminar tricks? Really, well you can put the puppies back in the cage, and get a whole lot more professional. I found you to be less than sincere and a whole lot of desperate. By the way, not that this matters, but I like dudes anyway. So in my opinion you made a fool of yourself for absolutely no reason.read the whole review on yelp: https://www.yelp.com/biz/northwest-jeep-chrysler-dodge-beaverton

I notice there was a recall on my Ram ****. My appointment was at 720 am I was there at 7 am to make sure that I made my appointment. I was logged into the system before my appointment time. And was told that it would take an hour to hour and a half. No problem then at 845 am to 850 am I notice that the truck had yet to move at all. So I went to the service person and asked how my car was doing. They stated let me go see. Advise them that it has not moved at all. They went out to check and indeed it was still sitting there. I guess making appointments to get maintenance done does not matter. I did notice that other people were getting their cars worked on. When talking with the service advisor I notice that they were telling of color people that they could not get their car in to be worked out unless they left it for a couple of days. Then I noticed someone of a different color come in a get a different answer. Now is there a changed that I did not understand everything yes, but that still seems wrong, and I will let different community know what I see and heard so that they can keep a better eye how they are treated and get more people to bring there stories up to each other. It also makes me wonder if it was because I am disabled that they did not want to do work on my car? You can tell because of my plate on the car. Also when I was talking to a sales manager and asking about different dealership for maintenance. Or it could have been just a greeting person. That the dealership in ******* was doing maintenance out of a barn and that he would not trust them to work on a car or buy one there. He did talk with the service manager and the service manager stated he would look into it but to sale my warranty back. When I went down to see what the service manager found out he stated that he did not look into this problem and did not care. Talk to the finance person on that. Now my car will not start all of the time and I do not feel safe to take it back to northwest
