I ordered a holster. The holster does not safely fit the revolver. The company took a long time to issue a shipping label to do a return and replacement. I returned the product and it arrived April 20th, 2023. I have yet to receive any information on a return or a refund. The company has not contacted me. I really wanted to reach an understanding but they dont respond. So I have spent 60 dollars and have yet to have a functioning product that is sized properly.Initial Complaint

In reference to order *****. I was sent the wrong size leather holsters. I have been a customer for approximately 4 years. I ordered this the same as prior orders so I know what works. I have ordered exactly as their website advises everytime. This was a duplicate order of holsters from prior orders so I know what I need and what fits, no guessing. I have tried calling numerous times, multiple emails. I have stated to just send me what I ordered and I will send the wrong items back that were sent to me back to them. I understand mistakes get made. I am trying to work them to fix this but nothing is working. At this point I just want my account credited and then I will return the wrong items.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item that was never shipped and Barsony is no longer responding to subsequent communications. The tracking details provided indicate Package Acceptance Pending as Barsony generated a shipment but never sent the package. No one will respond by phone or email to discuss or provide a refund.Business response

We have been in communication with customer consistently via email ********************** about order ***** and notified customer that the package has been lost by **** as there was no tracking updates for quite some time. We have now refunded the customer to their original payment method. They can expect refund within 7 business days.
