I paid $350 for them to install a garbage disposal. They didnt do it properly and I just had a home inspector called out. It is incorrect and needs to be fixed. The company came out and **** the general manager refused to do anything about it unless I paid him another $250 claiming he installed it correctly although he admitted numerous times to me that it is not put in correctly.Business response

*he garbage disposal was installed properly, the piping that was there previously is the issue. *he * in the wall is too high, as well as the p trap is laying on its side. *here was no request to repair this, only that the disposal did not work.
We just changed out the disposal and charged for disposal only. No plumbing/piping was billed.*he call to change out the disposal last September, to this point no leaks or issues had come up. At customer's request we sent a tech out 7/7/23 to inspect. No issues with work we completed. We gave her a quote of $250 to make the plumbing repair. Discounted rate. She refused the price, demanding we fix the existing piping issue for free.
We explained that the piping was in place that way before we changed the disposal.

On July 1, 2022, I had Bailey Brothers Heat and Air out of ***** **, check the fan and motor of our HVAC unit which is in the attic. it was making a clicking noise but working well. ***** the service person from Bailey Brothers pulled out the housing of the fan and motor unit and said there was nothing wrong with it. I paid Bailey Brothers $89.00 and he left. The clicking continued, worsened, then we heard a thrashing and beating noise coming out of the air intake and finally the unit quit. I called Bailey Brothers several times, but they would not return my calls. On July 2, we had ********************, (P. O. Box ****. **** OK 37, ******************************. ************) work on the A/C unit. He found that the bolts that hold the fan and motor housing on the railing were not put back in. The housing vibrated until it tore up the fan and motor. It cost $1456.00to replace the A/C motor and fan and reinstall the housing properly. My wife and I have called Bailey Brothers about 10 times in the last month and have gotten promises that *******************, the General Manager, will call us right back, but he never does. We want Bailey Brothers to repay us the fee they charged plus pay for the cost of repair from ********************. ******************** and we believe that the Bailey Brothers technician caused the damage to the A/C unit motor and fan because housing was not installed with the bolts that were supposed to be there.the Invoice from ******************** will come as a separate email. I could not get it to upload in your system.Business response

We will gladly refund the 89 we charged them. There was a problem that was going on or we would have not been called out in the first place. Maybe my technician did not find the problem at that time, but the problem showed itself. I am not sure on the time frame of calls from them on the 2nd to give us time to respond. I have tried to call them, did not reach them at that time. I have not received any pictures of what was found for me to see so I am a little hesitant on just taking the word of another company the wheel could have come apart causing the whole issue that they are describing. A blower wheel coming apart is not unusual to see.

Bailey ************ was hired to complete the removal and install of a lift station. The work was about 90% complete. They were paid in full prior to the job even starting and the install still isnt complete. We have been calling for months to get the job completed with only failed attempts. The lift station is still wide open in the ground with out any backfill around it. This is hazard if someone was to fall in the hole, break a leg or severally injured. I have no issue going back on this company and filing suite to get this finished up. The company is full of false promises and i just want the job completed like i was promise and like i paid for.Business response

We believe this issue was resolved. Contracting a third party electrical and rain caused delays. It is possible communication was not clear between Bailey, the local customer and an out of state employee, but we did our best to communicate with the customer about delays.

Background: In Feb 2021 I hired Bailey Brothers to replace the main sewer line and the line from the kitchen to the main at ****************************************************************. They told me the work was completed and I paid them $9745.85 on Feb 8, 2021 (Invoice#*****s).Update: On Jan 18, 2022, The kitchen flooded and the line was backed up. I called Bailey Brothers and they came out. They couldn't find the blockage, but they did note standing water in the kitchen to main pipe they had replaced less than a year prior. They came out again Jan 21, 2022 to video the line and could not find a blockage. On Jan 31, 2022 they cleared the blockage by jetting the line. After clearing the blockage there was still standing water in the pipe. The technician said the pipe is not graded properly and isn't draining as a result. They came out again Feb 16, 2022 and dug in the back yard to where the kitchen line they replaced starts and ends. Nobody followed-up with me after that service call. Nobody has returned a call from me since that time (at least 5 attempts have been made). I was able to reach the technician by calling him directly. He said that in order to fix the issue they would need to replace some plumbing under the house, and that his boss would call to go over options with me. He has still not called.I have not been charged for any of the services in 2022, however the problem of standing water in the pipe is still not fixed and when I hired them originally the job was to install a pipe correctly so that it would drain to the main. They have shown themselves to be unwilling to correct the problem, or even to return my calls after multiple attempts to contact them. I feel I am due a corrected pipe or a billing adjustment for the work that was not completed correctly.Business response

We replaced the main drain line on the house , there is not a problem with the main drain line. The problem is in a secondary line that runs from an add on kitchen and laundry area.
When the add on was done years ago they took the line below grade from where the main sewer line is. 'We have re graded it to the best of our ability the problem lies under the house where the lines have settled down.
Everything on the outside is graded properly.
The owner was not even aware that the line was there till we found the line coming in when sewer was replaced, we added a clean out to it so it could be cleaned and she was informed that it was wrong under the house .
We have given her different options to repair/ restructure the lines under the add on to fix the issue. She does not want to listen or do those repairs.
Her city tap only allows us to drop the outside line so far, Grease in the line under the house is a lot of the problem and we jetted it to clean it for free for her.
Without fixing the line under the house there is no resolve to the issue.

I am rejecting this response because:The business lied when they stated:
1. "The problem is in a secondary line that runs from an add on kitchen and laundry area."
FACT: Bailey Brothers also replaced that secondary line from the edge of the house to the main. They are correct that is the malfunctioning line, but it was also replaced by their company and should be covered by the same guarantee as all other work.2. "Everything on the outside is graded properly."
FACT: If it were there would be no standing water in the clean out, outside of the house. The technician also stated that the line doesn't drain because there isn't a steep enough fall between where it connects to the pipes under the house and where it connects to the main.3. "She was informed that it was wrong under the house"
FACT: I was never told that the line they installed would not function properly because of issues under the house. Originally, they said the line was damaged but could be replaced and would work properly. Had I been told, I would have fixed the issue under the house as well.4. "We have given her different options to repair/ restructure the lines under the add on to fix the issue. She does not want to listen or do those repairs."
FACT: *********** has not given me any repair options. They have refused to return my calls since their final visit when they determined the problem would need more extensive work than they were willing to do to correct it. I have call logs demonstrating my attempts to reach out to find a solution. I would be interested in seeing their documentation showing they reached out even once with a solution or offered me a quote to get the problem resolved. I only resorted to a complaint because of their refusal to engage with me to outline any sort of option to get the problem corrected. This company does not stand behind their work. Their "satisfaction guarantee" isn't worth a thing.
Sincerely,
*********************************

****************, Was told that we do not repair the wall holes that we had to put in to replace his piping. He has been told this recently again as he has even been in my office to speak with me. He has an outstanding balance that he still has not paid. He was set up to make monthly payments and has not full filled his side of the deal.
We are more than happy to work with him , But he needs to be holding up his end.
