February 12th 2023 i came into Indigo Sky Casino to play some of their games and while I was playing was approached by multiple security guards and surrounded like a criminal about a pill that was found on the floor which did not come from me I was treated harsh over some medication found on the floor they insisted on searching my purse and took my phone number because they were going to run the cameras back to find out who said pill came from. They assumed the pill came from me, which it didn't one of the security guards said it made no sense that the male security guard were verbally attacking me and invaded my space and privacy just because I sat down at a machine and there happened to be a pill on the floor there was probably well over a thousand people inside the building at the time and I believe it was a Bayer Aspirin on the floor. I am Constantly followed around and harassed by Security in this casino and have done nothing but go in and play and be a well-paying patron and by the way I'm 8 months pregnant right now and can't even take a Tylenol I have filed a complaint with the casino and have yet to receive it any response. I understand they must keep security tight in a casino but the violation of my privacy was way out of line and the evidence they had for doing so was moot.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2023/02/15) */ Based on our investigation of the events recounted by complainant, we find that there is no basis to her claim of harassment or a search of her purse. A pill was discovered near a slot machine the complainant was playing. This situation was resolved per our protocols and the complainant was not approached or questioned by our staff, nor was her personal property searched. At this time, we feel that this claim is unsubstantiated and are confident in how our staff handled a routine call. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2023/02/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I was approached and treated harshly and asked if they could search my purse and my purse was indeed searched. If you watch videos which I'm certain your Casino has many and probably audio as well I had nothing to do with that pill I was approached and my purse was searched unacceptable. I am 8 and 1/2 months pregnant I have nothing to do with any drug related anything that may or may not be going on in your CasinoInitial Complaint

Indigo Sky Casino sent my husband and I our advertisment voucher for the month of September. It gave me $100 dollar free play in three different weeks and 2 free night stay at the casino plus $10 free food credit. When I called to make my reservations on August 20 2021, they told me the invite was sent in error and I wouldnt be getting the promotions on the invite. I think if they sent me the invite they should make good on their offers.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/08) */ To Whom It May Concern, Due to an error, some of our guests received a monthly loyalty mailer for September with incorrect offers. These offers are based upon our guests' carded play. We sent out a notification on our Player Portal and an email to all affected guests on August 20th, as well as a corrected mailer to all affected guests via first class mail on August 23rd so that all guests would be aware of their corrected offers well in advance of the beginning of September. We are also offering affected guests a one-time $15 GO Rewards Play for the inconvenience. Thank you, Indigo Sky Casino & Resort Management
