This incident happened on October 1st I wanted to get a tattoo for my wedding anniversary and birthday so I told them i wanted my husbands name Ray on my finger 3 letters and i asked the guy if my husband wrote his name he could copy the signature he did not speak much a all or answer any questions and I asked him if i needed to do anything to take care of the tattoo he said nothing two days later its fading and the ink was peeling off and its faded really bad and does not look good. I have called multiple times everytime they say the manager does not tak to clients.This is the first tattoo that I have ever gotten and its terrible I tried to call and get no help I do not recommend this shop i am traumatized from ever getting another tattoo and they told me the shop owner will not talk to customers on the phone which is my only option currently with two special needs kids 😡🥺🥺🤯it was a vey sentimental tattoo i cant quit crying about the whole experience and the oh well attitudeBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/10/18) */ As it was advised to the client we would be more than happy to fix or adjust anything wrong with the tattoo. We explained that finger tattoos are a tough spot to heal due to the type of skin and the fact that we use our hands for everything. So we can not guarantee them. Something that we tell clients from the moment they request it and could be found with quick research. She refuses to come by the shop. The client saying that the manager would not talk to anyone, is incorrect. She spoke directly to the manager 3 different times the same day she called to make the complaint. On the first phone call she said that she couldn't come in, the second call she said she could but it would have to be a saturday, and we agreed on that. She was also not told that "the owner doesn't talk to clients" She was told that to talk to the owner is always best to come into the shop, because when he is here he is tattooing. Hence why we agreed on her coming in on Saturday. Spaded and jaded has no problem helping resolve the situation we are open and willing. But we can not fix the tattoo unless she comes into the shop.
