I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE FOR A YEAR NOW!!! THE OLDER GUY IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! I PURCHASED A RING FROM THEM IN WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED BUT MY MONEY WAS TAKEN!!! I HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GRT MY MONEY BACK.. THIS GUY CONTINUES TO BE RUDE AND NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY… I HAVE MY RECEIPT AND MY ID AND CARD THAT I USED TO PURCHASE THE RING.. THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON THEIR PART.. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY ITS ONLY 200$

My current experience with Diamond Jim's (DJ's) is awful and if I could give this business a review of less than 1 star, I definitely would. Here-in lies the problem: I placed a deposit for an engagement ring at Diamond Jim's. I was referred to a different Jewelry Store and the selection of rings was amazing. I made the selection and headed back to DJ's to obtain a refund. I was informed by the store employee that a refund was possible but the refund would need to go back on the Cash App card that I used for the deposit. I later discovered that the original card was lost; So, I asked Cash App for a replacement card with the same card number. I was informed by Cash App that they could send a replacement card but it would have an entirely new number. I was informed by DJ's employee that without that card I wouldn't be able to get a refund but I could get an in-store credit. This will not suffice as I only wanted my money back. I was told that could not happen unless I had the original cash App card or I had to accept an in-store credit. I will now seek damages in Civil Court to hopefully obtain my refund.
