      I purchased a package for three estrogen pellets to be put in on arriving at the clinic. All the bottles were written in Mandarin and I was told that all I would have to do is come in and get blood work to get my pellets each and every time I try to come in and take days off my work to come in theres an excuse why I cant get them. I have requested not only once, but now this is the second time Ive requested a refund through the Tulsa mens clinic on ******* Each time they want me to come in person to request the refund I have told them multiple times that I work two weeks on and then I have one week off and then two more weeks on they will not refund my money they will not attempt to work with my schedule each and every time I come in, theres an excuse The clinic is filthy the workers are noncompliant and the doctor has nothing to say to you other than just to cut you open and put the pellets in so you up and it looks like hes done it with a dull kitchen knife. All I want is my money back and to go to a different more professional cleaner, clinic and facility

      This patient has paid $595 towards her $1499 package. She recieved her first set of labs and upon receipt of those labs she received her first round of pellets. Pt was in in February and wanted another round of pellets. Per our policy as it is best practice for patient care we HAVE to run labs to check her hormone levels BEFORE putting more hormones into her body. Pt was in today 4-12-24 and received her next round of pellets. She is NOT eligible for any more services until her balance of $904 is resolved.  Our clinic uses a new sterile scalpel with each procedure we do that are individually packaged so they are NOT dull as kitchen knives. Our facility is cleaned and any usable materials are sterilized in an autoclave after each use. Her compliant is unfounded and untrue as she was in today 4-12-24 to receive MORE services.

      I paid, I believe $967 for a three months supply of Semelitide (for weight loss). I cannot use the medication because it has adverse affects on my health and well being. I was sent to the ** because of this medication twice. I am asking for a refund because the medication does not work for me. I only used 3 shots. Each shot is around $150 each. They refuse to give my money back even after I went to the office and made phone calls in attempts to get my money back. They are refusing to give my money back.

      This complaint is fraudulent.  The patient started weight loss services at our clinic on 2-15-24.  PT called to report side effects and our Dr. spoke to her. She did not eat with the meds as directed.  She tried a dose with food and did not have the side effects. Reported the next time she did have the side effects. Staff at the clinic offered her to transfer to HRT treatment which the patient accepted. She was given 2 rounds of HRT (worth more than what her refund balance would have been) and has already received 1 round of the service as of 3-13-24. She is not due a refund due to her acceptance of an alternate service and then receiving the alternate service.

      I went in simply to get my blood drawn because I have been suspecting I may have low test. They convinced me that I needed to go ahead and purchase some testosterone that day before even getting my blood work back. I have since requested a refund because that process later seemed off to me and decided to go through my PCP. I spent $1,145 on the test they said I needed to buy and now are saying I must be seen by the doctor to BEGIN a refund process and then it gets sent up to corporate. They are refusing at this time to cooperate and give me a refund for testosterone I have never received.

      This patient signed paperwork consenting to treatment after having his options discussed with him. Pt's lab was drawn on 1/24/24 and sent out to our lab and he was scheduled to come back to the clinic to review his lab results with the doctor and receive his first full month of treatment.  Pt cancelled his follow up appointment for 1/31/24 due to his wife going into labor stating he would reschedule. He never rescheduled his appointment.  He then contacted the clinic on 2/9/24 to request a refund. PT signed documents stating all sales final and no refunds, however, we do have a policy that if a patient wants to submit for a refund they are required to come in and meet with the doctor first. The patient has declined to follow our policy and that is why there has been no movement no this issue.

      1/21/2022. I was mislead as to what was involved. I paid them &4290.00. I ask for a refund of all but what was provided at the first and only visit and was told they would contact corporate and I should hear within 20 days. It has been over two months. I have contacted the office again and was given the number for corporate. I have left several messages with that number with no response. The clinic claims they do not know where the corporate office is and cannot reach it by phone.

      I used their service, was told by their Dr. ******** that this wasn't working for me, and would not be charged for the rest of the program since I obviously wasn't continuing and those services and products hadn't been provided. They waived some of the fees and left me with a $600 balance. I called several times and finally spoke to a man named **** who said to give him some time and he'd take care of it. I've never heard back from ****, called the office several times and they say they'll give him the message, but still no response. I'm getting harassing calls about this and now letters from a debt collector. I would prefer his help rather than involving an attorney for this in addition to some other muscle problems I've started having since using their services.

Though we have a very clear no refund policy we have accommodated Mr. ******, by cancelling his finance, and only holding him accountable for product and services received. As it pertains to attorneys, we support Mr. ******'s right to counsel and are certainly willing to cease communication and allow the courts to decide the fate of this case. Otherwise we will continue to attempt to resolve his case.

      On July 14, I meet with doctor to get injections but on July 15, I called them to cancel injections. These injections have not be purchased yet because they didn't know what strength I needed. I want them to return $1995. I have been waiting 2 weeks for someone for corporate office to contact me. The office in Tulsa says they don't have any contact with corporate office and couldn't help me with refunding me money for services not provided.

Though Mr. ******* was aware by signature that there is a no refund policy and that it will take 10 business days to get a response to his request (which he was told he requested refund on 7/15 and wrote this complaint on the 30th just on day 10) We will reach back out to Mr. ******* to see if there is a solution which is agreeable to both parties.
