Started services with this company they raised my services by $15 dollars and cant explain to me why I asked and they said a specialist will contact me never did! They shut my services off and are trying to charge my for equipment charges when I never received or talked to anybody about cancelling so why would I return the equipment these guys are crooks!Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/10) */ According to our records dating back to 2019, this client's account with Spectrio has had many issues with receiving timely payments from the client. In early 2020 the client resolved some of the past-due invoices. In May 2020, due to the COVID pandemic, Spectrio offered the client a significant discount on past-due and future invoices. After that point, all notes indicate that Spectrio representatives have been unable to reach the client either via phone or email, to obtain payment for services. In July 2021, the account was cancelled and sent to outside collections for past-due balances and the Spectrio-owned hardware that they still had. The client emailed regarding the cancellation and was informed that the cancellation was due to non-payment. They were referred to our accounts receivable department for further information. The account has since been closed. If the client would like to resume service with Spectrio, they may reach out to *************** or******************* to speak with accounts receivable.
