Concept Builder we’re not very flexible or accommodating to changes.

Thank you for your ongoing feedback. In light of 'this' recent one-star review, we believe it's important to provide clarification. The review was left by an individual who had initiated a custom home project with us, moving beyond planning to complete the frame structure, install the roof, and incorporate specific personalized modifications. This extensive work involves significant resources, protected by a deposit designed to offset our risks. Regrettably, this individual made a personal decision to take a job out of state, leading to their decision to cancel the project. Despite this sudden change, we offered advice and support, suggesting they could consider the property for rental use or we could assist them in selling it. However, these suggestions were declined. In line with our initial agreement, the deposit was retained to cover costs already incurred, and we have comprehensive documentation to support these circumstances. The low rating appears to be a result of dissatisfaction with the non-refundable deposit, following their decision to cancel. Despite this review from a non-customer, we stand firm in our commitment to transparency, clear communication, and offering supportive solutions for all individuals who engage with our services.

We were looking for the right property on around an acre to build our "Forever Home". We spoke to Andrew F***** who is the agent who shows many of their beautiful model homes. He told us about a one last acre lot located in Tulsa County and sets in between Sand Springs and Tulsa, rather unique! When we saw it, we knew it was the one! Andrew is not only knowledgeable but talented in helping with space planning! He made some simple changes to one of their many designs to include some small personalized areas. Concepts Building Site Mgr. stayed in contact with us with choice of many fixtures and we stayed out of the way but followed their progress. It was exciting and a happy time for us. When it was close being finished we did a preliminary walk through. We had met with various finishing companies to make choices of paint colors, floor coverings light fixtures, etc. We really enjoyed this. Of course there were some delays on building supplies due to covid. Builders throughout the US in get some supplies without delays. We were assured they were doing their best because Concepts Goal is to build the best homes they can! We are very pleased with the end result and feel that we have made more friends along the way! We closed the middle of Jan. 2022

I moved to my new Concept home at The Villas at Stone Creek Estates in November of 2021 and I absolutely love it! It is my second build with Concept Homes. There wasn't a doubt in my mind when I decided on a new home, that Concept would be my builder again! Concept builds an amazing home with all of the extras while keeping all of your needs in mind. From the convenience of their great floor plans, special accent lighting, and all of the other extras they include. Robert K***** and Geoff H***** both work their magic to make everything fall into place. They were so up-front and honest and all of my questions and concerns were answered and taken care of. They were both so professional. Concept Homes is s wonderful family-oriented business that truly cares about their customers. They are the "best of the best" and I would highly recommend them! My wife and I found a great lot in Teal Ridge. Robert with Concept was very helpful in the process of purchasing the lot. When we were ready to build in the summer of 2021, the Concept team listened to what we wanted, and made us feel great about our final house plans. After work began our project manager was patient and responsive to our questions or any concerns we had. He always responded to our calls or texts, he was great. Our home was finished this spring, and we could not be more happy with the finished product. I'd recommend Concept to anyone wanting to build a home.

My husband and I were looking for our first home and we happened to drive by an open house in Sand Springs and met with Geoff, who showed us a beautiful home that was being built and would be completed by March 2022. We fell in love with the open space layout and how everything was designed to be energy efficient. We felt so important by how Geoff and everyone at Concept Builders made us feel. They catered to every need or question we had along the closing process. Our community is in a gated neighborhood at the Villas on Stone Creek and our home is beautiful and designed perfectly and we strongly recommend anyone to use Concept builders, they make you feel like family and you will love the homes they build. We will forever be with Concept for our building needs in the future.
