      This is the worst Quiktrip Ive been to, I have been going to this store daily for the past 8 months, and if I didnt live so close I would choose a different store. This store is always dirty. The employees are always standing around talking when theres long lines. The roller grill items are always old, the drink drains are always clogged with coffee, soda and tea. The coolers are hardly ever stocked. The employees literally just goof off and it seems like the manager encourages it. The manager is a tall white blonde guy and he does the exact same thing as the younger employees. Instead of running the store he acts like ***************. The restrooms are always filthy I just have to walk out. And the lot is a total mess, theres sticky spots that your feet get stuck to when you get out the car from people pouring their drinks out. The trash cans be over loaded with trash sticking out. There is one guy who used to constantly keep the store clean and move none stop but since hes moved in the kitchen the stores been a complete mess, but at least the kitchen stays clean and the food is good. The store is an entire mess someone needs to INVESTIGATE Quiktrip 952 located at ***************************************************. Like I said every day for the past 8 months and nothings changed.

      I am a loyal customer of Quiktrip I'm not sure.I purchased a bbq sandwich in Piedmont SC on July 27th at store number 01117 (1:54pm). I was traveling back to Atlanta Georgia and after purchasing gas and food I got back on the road. As I was driving, I started eating the pork bbq sandwich and bit into a blue twisty tie. I hurt my lower back tooth. I was disgusted by this foreign object in my food. I was unable to turn back because I had traveled 30 miles down the road. I made a complaint online and called it in and spoke to Todd yesterday. I want to make sure that this never happens to another customer. I hope that there weren't any other foreign objects in the sandwich. How did a twisty tie get in the sandwich? Do not buy any food prepared at this store!

      I am deeply disappointed to recount my recent experience at the QT in Lewisville on June 11th. As a customer seeking a cash withdrawal, I encountered an incident that was both racially discriminatory and unsettling. Unfortunately, my encounter with an employee named Addi left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome, Addi allowed me to swipe my card for a cash back transaction. However, moments after the approval, he abruptly took the cash away from me, stating that if it was the same card used by a girl who had visited earlier, he wouldn't permit me to receive the money. I was completely unaware of any previous customer and had no knowledge of who this girl might be. This sudden reversal in service left me confused and frustrated.In an attempt to clarify the situation, I left the store and returned with a different card. Hoping to understand Addi's reasoning, I inquired about the girl he referred to. Astonishingly, he responded by outright refusing to serve me once again. This discriminatory treatment based on race is deeply distressing, especially considering that racism should have no place in a community like Lewisville.disheartening to witness such acts of racism still occurring within our society, especially in a place that should strive to provide equal and fair treatment to all customers. This incident reflects poorly on the QT establishment, as it tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise well-known brand. strongly urge the management of QT in Lewisville to take immediate action regarding this matter. It is essential that they investigate this incident thoroughly and address the underlying issues of discrimination within their staff. Customers should feel safe and valued when patronizing any establishment, regardless of their race or ethnicity.I am deeply saddened by the racist encounter I experienced at the QT in Lewisville. This incident has left me with a strong sense of dissatisfaction and dismay.

      The new counter design is hurting your customer service. I go daily to the 41st and Memorial location and ever since you redesigned the counter people get waited on that approach after I'm already standing there??? I decide to go to your 51st and Sheridan store today hoping it would be quicker, unfortunately no, its the same there, I stood at the register while cashiers continues to wait on others who would just randomly walk up, the cashier even looked at me 3 times and still I waited for 6 other customers that came up way after I did. This is sad QT, I guess your becoming more like other companies and don't care about customer service....really going to miss you guys

      I live in south Kansas City Mo and the qtrip in my area gas is 4.28 my Uncle was taking to Research hospital which is in Percular Mo. it's about a fifteen minute drive from my house to my surprise I pulled up to the qtrip by the hospital and gas was 4.02 I'm having a hard time figuring out how a fifteen minute drive south the gas drops like 26 cents I don't know the calculations of how the set the prices where they are located but it doesn't seem fair to go a few miles and it changes that much thank you for taking my complaint

      Thank you for sending my complaint to Quick trip corporation. I received a response but it did not tell me about why I can drive fifteen minutes from my house and the quick trip gas in my area is over thirty cents more. I would not have even known the difference if I didn't have to visit someone in the hospital and I've watched the gas in this Belton quick trip go from 4.07 to 3.86 in less than a week and the quick trip in my neighborhood hasn't move last time I checked it was 4.19. I just want to know do I have to live in the suburbs to get better gas prices

      I would refrain from getting gasoline from store #55. I had purchased 87 octane around 5am on July 4, and now my car is in the shop for the 2nd day due to flushing my fuel tank for bad gas. The mechanic working on my 2020 Kona said that it was 3 times the limit of ethanol present in the fuel that was pumped. Now I'm out $900, without a car, and frustrated trying to find rides to my navy command. I am filing a bad gas package to corporate and also bringing a sample of the fuel to the station (to show proof) in hopes that I can be reimbursed as I'm nearing poor in these awful times.

      Spartanburg, SC failed to provide integrity , trust ...... paying by card. I paid $180.00 inside for gas but unfortunately the rig ran outta gas before paid service was complete 55.43$ short to be exact. I went back inside to proceed to inform the cashier of the situation at hand to being asked to "Insert my card for the remainder amount to post back on my card " as I was told. Instead cashier Tried to charge my card a total of 3 Times with 2 of the transactions being over $50.00, fortunately my card provider notified me of the proceeding and I was able to cancel them being that I keep my card locked. How QT Employee was able to keep trying to charge my card without having my physical card to do so is my concern at hand.! Luckily I was given a receipt of the amount paid originally and the actual gas pumped for record of the transaction difference in hope my money would go back on my card. It never did and I contacted QT Customer Service Phone Line and was told the representative made a ticket of my issue and someone would get back to me. I have no success getting this issue resolved due to the fact I was never contacted about my issue. Each time I reach out for answers or to connect with whom ever I would need to provide my record of receipts upon I'm given on in uninhabited information leaving me without any grounds of successfully resolving this revolving issue. I've honestly had the most unpleasant experience dealing with the Corporations lack of professionalism. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

      Customers should boycott qtrip. Bought 12.00 worth of gas in colleyville texas with my American Express. A 175.00 hold is on my card. Second time qtrip has done this. Ive not had this happen at any other gas company. Now its going to take over a week for it to roll off and adjust. I complained to corporate before. They use excuse people are putting more gas in than there are will allow. Seriously? Average car takes 20 gallons. Thats 100 at most. Besides with all our technology make pumps max out at 30.00. Then if you need more. Start again. Theres got to be a way card readers at pumps can reject certain amounts just like stores. If I go buy 130.00 of merchandise and it puts me over limit it says declined. This is insane 175 holds. Dont buy from them

      Treated me so badly. Just because they deal with predominantly homeless customers doesn't mean they have to treat everyone so terribly. They were disrespectful even to the police officers. This store has no respect for customers or the general atmosphere of being helpful.
