I spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this company under the impression that as long as I stuck to a good diet and exercised, the results were permanent. So I went to a bunch of sessions to get "started".. I lost a bit of water weight but then as soon as I stopped their services, it would go back to my normal weight. Then after that, I tried them again because they kept saying it takes time, nothing. I wasted thousands of dollars on them and never lost weight like their photos portrayed.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/10) */ We are so sorry for your complaint. As stated in all paperwork, advertising, and social media posts RESULTS MAY VARY. I cannot stress that enough by saying all people are different and not every single person that walks through our doors will see the same results. Lifestyle, diet, exercise and overall health play a huge part in it. Also, having pregnancies after our treatments is huge. Your body will change drastically with a pregnancy and it can take years to get your body back the way it was. In 5 years, I have never had a complaint to the BBB. I do accept the apology and I was given the impression under your employees at that time, it was a permanent thing. But every single time I would quit their services for a bit, I would be back to my weight again. Then I would go back and the same thing. Also, sometimes when I would come in, my numbers would be higher which didn't make sense since I was dieting and everything. My pregnancy has nothing to do with this complaint so that definitely was not needed to be brought up. My pregnant was in 2021 and this was back in 2019 and 2020. I just feel like the employees at that time needed to be more knowledgeable when I was spending so much money with you. There needed to be more upfront honesty.
