      This company is some liars they said I stayed with my friend ******** which is a lie because Mrs ******* doesnt want to take ownership of anything please stay away from this place they are scammers I never stayed with her. We ended up having a wreck. She told us to Amend the police report we did exactly what she asked. I was the driver of the car that night, but I do not stay with ******** and why would I go on her insurance when I have my own car and stay with my mom

      Never file a claim with them! Its a super slow process. One adjuster ******* doesn not know whats going on. She will talk to you about your claim without even looking at it. She didnt know how to read the quote from the body shop. Its been over a month for a check to be sent to the ********* was sent to the wrong address and Im the one that caught that. ******** never sent what body shop to take it too. My son had to file a claim and that adjuster was good. So I just looked up who she sent for him to go to. She doesnt reply to emails either. I sent her an email about picking up my car she never replied. I sent a follow up, again never replied. I sent 1 more email to follow up on my other 2, No reply. My husband to call and she yelled saying she was supposed to call me. So when I got a break I called and told her I sent 3 emails with no reply to pick up my car. So as a result I got extra storage fees. Never ever will I use this company again. After looking at ****** reviews and the BBB reviews I should of went somewhere else. Getting the policy is easy and they are great. Just never file a claim with them!

      Extremely terrible experience filing a claim.Ive been interrogated rather than having help with my claim.Ive been hung up on and rudely talked to by multiple staff.I asked for a different adjuster due to the rudeness and they said they couldnt give me a new one.Terrible company.

      I had save money car insurance for a 6-month coverage and I had roadside assistance. I tried to call roadside assistance roughly four or five times and every time they told me that they could not find me. Even at my home address where they were sending my bill. Then on top of that whenever I canceled the roadside assistance the last few months, I was in a pinch for money so I tried to just use them for a month until I could get my money in order. I called and set it up over the telephone and whenever I was told the price it had jumped up a few dollars and he told me there's a $3.50 fee for using a card. I was confused so I asked you're charging me a $3.50 fee but giving me a savings for autopay? He says no it's just for the first month and then it won't be charged after that.       I got hit by one of their drivers April 23rd and I still have no clue what is going on with my car. No one has contacted me and then they only respond to text with no real updates. I have called, emailed and texted. I still don't know where my car is it was picked up from the tow yard May 15th today is the 28th there has not been any resolution at all. I am getting the complete run around at this point. I am about to get a lawyer to handle this for me, because at this point I am very upset with the service I have received and the accident was not my fault!
