    I ordered a protective cover for my new ****** Camry and received a cover that does not fit and does not does is protect my intake from bugs. This company is impossible to deal with, does not take returns and ships product that is defective. I am extremely unhappy with them and out $361.11. Buyers Beware!!!

    I just received my so called custom fit dash cover, nothing custom about it, fit is horrible, what they call secure hooks are a joke, this is a cheaply made cover , I followed the instructions to the T, not happy at all, I’m not going to ask for a refund because I’ll probably get less than 1/2 my money back, this product lucks like it was made by someone in their garage, I’ll keep looking for a more reputable company.

    bought and paid for a dashcover for my 2018 *****. Cover was supposed to be custom made but was at least two inches too long when I finally receiverd it. After long discussion they finally sent me a return #, but I had to put up the expense of returning it while they determined to correct the error or refund the money,. After several weeks of waiting for their response, I noticed that a credit was pending on my credit card account. I notified my card company to let me know when the credit amount cleared. Today I got notice from the credit card company that the had been deleted and would not be posted to my account. This company is as unethical as they come. They really need to be held accountable for their misdeeds. I wish there was some way to insure that they could be stopped from all their deceptions as listed by others, but I guess it is next to impossible to do so. I am 89 years old and fell for their tricks. Another senior bites the dust by a only interested in deceit. ******, please save your money do not do business with this company.

    Ive ordered a set of floor mats which only the rear came. They tell me the front would not come out for another two months and they would not refund my money. They told me to wait ! some of the worst **************** Ive ever been a part of do not buy anything from cover craft industries. This company is a complete joke and Ill do everything in my power to slander this company and Im thinking about getting bumper stickers made.

    Ordered one of their suede dash covers with embroidery, and absolutely love it!! Perfect fit for my new 2024 RAV 4 and looks gorgeous. The yellow rose embroidered on it is perfect. Used this company before in 2008 when I bought a dash covers for my new Xterra. Left it on the dash the whole time I owned it and it was still looking good AND The dash was in perfect condition when I sold it a few months ago. Very happy with this company and the quality product they produce!

    Ordered a dash cover with this company and it fit poorly and looked quite different from the image. I expressed that I didn't like the product and that the aesthetic and fit were misrepresented and they tell me I need to pay for return shipping AND a 20% restocking fee, which together would account for nearly half the entire cost of the product.They claim the only time those fees are waived is if and when a product is defective. But an improper fit for a product that NEEDS to fit precisely is a defect to anyone you ask except them apparently.The many bad reviews for this company speak for themselves.

    Purchased Marathon Seat Covers for my 2020, 2500 ***** Silverado, due to very high quality of prior purchase, BUT Marathon was bought out by Covercraft ********. The quality has gone waaay down hill, fit is poor, quality poor, 4 of the buckles were missing, console cover did not fit, head rest do not fit, and directions were terrible. These are not even close to the Marathon quality i expected, they are just made in ****** JUNK!

    I have purchased a total of 4 covers from Cover raft in the past 3 years:- Gust ************** Weathershield HP (2017 ***** Civic)- Custom COVERCRAFT 5-Layer Softback All Climate Car Cover (2016 Mercedes SLK)- Gust ************** Weathershield HP (2024 **** S5)- Gust ************** Weathershield HP (2022 Tundra)In 2024 my Tundra Cover has a tiny tear, I reached to COVERCRAFT and they sent me a brand new one since it had a 5 year warranty.Last week my Tundra cover tore again, much worse than before. I reached out to COVERCRAFT with pictures of the torn cover and the bar ********** I was just told by an email and phone call that I have to box up & mail at my own expense the entire cover and that it will take at least 2 weeks plus to get a new *******! I am supposed to leave the Tundra outside and exposed for 2-3 weeks while I wait for a new one!This is total BS!I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM COVERCRAFT AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT EITHER.

    Original Order: Covercraft Spacer Mesh Custom Seat Covers, Color: Grey and Black Spacer Mesh Part Number: *********** Price: $251.99 was shipped 02/27/23. Several months later the mesh started fraying. I submitted a warranty Claim in December with photos and other pertinent info. I received a replacement seat cover 01/17/24. This seat cover started fraying after several months and I submitted another warranty claim. This one was denied with the flowing response, "Any replaced covers are covered under the originals purchases date warranty period. The seat covers you purchased have a 1 year warranty period. A few other options of ours have 3-4 years. We would honor all claims brought forward during the warranty period of the item." To summarize, Covercraft does not stand behind any replacement covers if it is outside the original warranty. There is no warranty on replacement articles. It's pretty evident that the mesh covers do not stand up to normal wear and tear.
