      This customer had a mechanical problem and the warranty fixed the truck. This customer still owes the dealership 500 dollars of the down payment and 100 dollar deductible. This customer will not received any refund and they owe the dealership 600 dollars.

      I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the response provided. The issue pertains to the dealership's collection of my down payment, followed by an attempt to solicit additional funds beyond the contractual agreement. I have already remitted $3000 towards the purchase, and the request for further payment is not supported by the terms of our agreement. I kindly request that this matter be resolved in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

      I went to the dealer on 7/27/2023 and they **got some numbers of ***** for ******** and after the **down payment of $10,000 I was going to owe ***** to the principal. It gave me **** interest and a term of 72 months. I agreed until I signed all the papers and when I arrived at the house and they helped me read the contract ** house or I give myself cu** to k he was charging me $47,900 and apart from the guarantee he gave me with the purchase and ** They said they gave me $2500. The owner and the seller, according to the contract, translated for me because I don't speak English and it turns out that they scammed me. Today 7/28/23 I went to talk to the dealer and he didn't even let me talk. He told me ********* k ***** the $1000 deferred down and give him the insurance that was the only thing to talk about. I told him that he would return my $9,000 money back to me because they cheated on me. He told me to give him the keys and see me ** cut. I would like you to advise me ** what can I do. I already filed a complaint with the general attorney of ******** and also asked for help from my bank. I only ran max 10 miles to *** truck. I agree that he charges me for ***s 10 miles and the 399 for the paperwork but they're you ******** and the keys and I need my money back. It doesn't cost me anything ***** *** barter if they give it to me ** the main price they promised me. And they did not tell me if the title was clean or crashed, not ***** Nor ** the contract says ***** And ** the contract says **************** ************ but my call ************************************ ************************

      This is complete false. This gentleman came to our establishment we negotiate a deal for *****. We discontented the truck and lower the rate and gave him a warranty. This has been resolved he came back 2 days later after we explained everything to him for 2nd time. He brought the extra **** and brought us insurance. He is currently driving the truck that he purchased. The truck has a clean title and a clean car fax. Thank you for your concern but this has been resolved.

      The wrong date on the contract I got the car the 22nd when I was in the office it says the 21st on my contract I just really would like my refund back I will try they will not give it to me I even try for the extended warranty that I paid for and I had no idea about they would not give it to me I even asked for the diagnostics report they would not give it to me that they said that they did one-stop said that they did not do it and I have several of receipts that I can send or via email if you can listen to that cooperates my whole story

      I paid $3800 dollars down and 1 payment of $589 dollars. On my 2nd payment I was late 6 days and they came and repo'd my Truck. It states my payment doesn't occur until I'm 10 days late.
