I would never recommend this dealership at all. They make you promises tell you trust me, and then change stories . Then stop communicating with you. When you call/email sales managers , general managers. No one responds. They ignore you like the plague. I bought a truck on March 16 2024 Was there late that Saturday. Sales person promised a truck bed. Ill admit I was ignorant and trusting. I didnt sign a paperwork. Sale person (Z,O) said I got you brother. I dont know if you know but it goes thru several people first and the ***** So for three weeks he strung me along. Sorry Im busy. Oh I have re-submitted it. And finally when I text on April 3rd he stop responding to my text. I called a sales manager, I emailed no response.I was finally able to get a hold of a manager on a Thursday he said he would look into and call me back Monday. I didnt feel good about it so I went to dealer and met with him. He reiterated that he would call me on Monday. Monday came in went no response. Called him that morning and left a message for him. Not to forget An emailed them twice. Still no response I emailed and tried calling the general manager. No one picks up the phone. Nobody called me back. Nobody email me back. Next Thursday, I texted general manager and said ** going to see you at one. The only time he ever responded to me was that day to tell me that he would not be in the office.Very ironic since I had called the day before to ask, the general manager and salesperson would be there and I was told yes. Now neither one was there. I went up to the dealership and talk to another sales manager, and there was at the point that he tells me that, the salesman tell him that we never talked about a truck bed. He also said that he would look into it and call me the next Monday surprise no call no email.. I am very surprised that this company stays in business with the type of lying salesman and lack of customer service. I would say if youre looking to buy , do not buy here
