I was charged upfront for a 3 month rental of a cpap machine by majors medical through next gen sleep. I used the machine for two weeks and returned it due to new insurance purchased me a machine that was not a rental. Next gen sleep advised me upon return of the machine I would recieve a refund from majors medical for the remainder 2 months of the rental not used. This all happened in November 2022. Majors medical will not answer their phones. I have left numerous voicemails with no return call. I messaged through website and received email response that they would look into my refund but to no avail have received no further contact. It has been 2 months now working on 3 months of trying to get my refund so that my fsa account doesn’t get suspended. I can forward the email I received to an email. I don’t have the ability to load it as a scanned copy to attach to this complaint. I am frustrated and stressed out over trying to get this refunded back to my fsa account. Majors medical will not respond with any information or my refund. I paid over 450 upfront for a 3 month rental of a cpap machine that was used only 2 weeks and returned. I am owed the remainder 2 months that was not used back.Initial Complaint

On 12/31/2020, my granddaughter, had surgery at the **************************** *****. She received crutches after the surgery which would be billed through Majors Medical Supply. I was not present at the hospital when the services were received. The child was a minor at the time and her mother, *********************************** and her father, ************************* were present at the hospital. The father's insurance was billed for the medical supplies. I did take her to a doctor's visit on a prior occasion when her parents could not take her. I am not the child's mother or guardian. I started receiving a **** for the crutches. I called Majors Medical Supply and wrote them a letter explaining that I was not responsible for the child's medical bills. They continue to **** me and threaten to send the account to collections. I have been unable to resolve this matter.Business response

Compliant filed with BBB from ******************************* regarding not being the responsible party for this patient's **** but being sent the statement for collection.
At the time of service for Teagan *******, this patient was 17 and the guarantor listed on the patients demo's from the hospital were to ******************************* . The delivery ticket for the crutches was signed by *******************************. Being that at time of service she was listed as the patient's guarantor, responsible party for this patient as the patient was under the age of 18 that is who the **** is being sent to on behalf of the patient stated to be in her care.
Please the attachments of the delivery ticket, and demographic information for this patient. This was filed to the insurance, which denied as the patient had already had a claim for crutches paid by BCBS for this patient. Which denies as same/similar within the 5-year period.

I am rejecting this response because:
*** form from the hospital has a signature that is not mine. It is signed C Arrows. That is my daughter *************************************** signature and not mine. I have called the ************************** billing office and discussed the form that they sent Majors Medical. *** hospital business office told me that it was their error and that ******* signed the form and all the other forms on that date and was responsible for the charges.Majors Medical can contact ******* in the ************************** billing office for more information on the account.
