I don't understand how this place is still in business. They are so unprofessional and they're dealings with customers have got to be borderline of breaking the law and predatory laws. I had to threaten them and send them a letter for my lawyer to have them stop harassing me I've made my car payment at the same time every month twice a month and they wanted me to start paying it on a different day even though they sent me two different payment schedules people need to stay away from this place after I get my car paid off I will be doing it personal investigation into them and reporting them to my state attorney's office for predatory lending. Everybody who has been done wrong by this company need to report them to their state attorney's office. They don't need to be in business. They are not worthy of their customers.

Do not do business with them. Predatory lending at its finest. They can pick up your car for one payment being late

I got a car and this is the finance company that the car lot goes through. I have yet got my title in the mail, and my paper tag is out of date. They refuse to give a new paper tag, and they even stated that they have not got the paperwork for my car. I have called my car lot they say call them and I am not getting anywhere. I travel out of states for work and I have told them this and it is risky that my tag is out. ******* stated to tell the cops when I get pulled over that they have no got my paperwork and that they will understand.

Run away from this finance office they suck. As you can all the reviews say how the agents are RUDE. They don’t want to help or anything after day 1 your late they will harass you. Had the vehicle for 3 months and the transmission went out. They suck and they agents suck even more. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

This company does not give out a second paper tag , while awaiting for the title. I know that it can be done because a year ago my dealership gave me a new one. I think that is unfair to their customers. Everyone knows titles have been late but the disrespect of not having a policy in place to protect customers is baffling to me

The staff is very rude, I asked for corporate phone number they hung me, ******************** and ******** are the only names I can remember. I asked for Administration number and email address they hung up on me. I don't see how this place is still operating with there people being very unprofessional. I have contacted a Lawyer who's willing to help me out. If you are reading this review I would advise you not to do business with this company, spend your money somewhere else.

Staff is very rude. One staff member actually hung up on me. When I asked the Supervisor to please change my account manager due to her unprofessionalism, I was told it could not be done. We are paying customers (extremely high car payments) and we can get talked to any way by an account manager and the phone call was recorded AND acknowledged as unprofessional by the supervisor and still no action taken. I will still have to call in and deal with the same account manager. I was also told that there is not a physical building where I can come in to speak to a supervisor..smh.

Auto finance usa AND The Key are both rip off companies. All staff members are rude and unprofessional. Had my car for 5 years and they harassed me every week. They messed up my account and lost money that was supposed to go to my car payment and never gave proof of where my money went. Every time I asked for proof they would never show me and can never answer any questions I asked them.I do NOT recommend either company. In my opinion they should both be shut down. They are scams

I lost my job and was denied unemployment. I was also denied assistance from AFUSA and vehicle was repossessed from the repair shop it was in because the transmission burned out. They took it straight to the auction instead of the repo lot and a week later, I received the letter that they repossessed the vehicle and when I called them to find out where it was to retrieve my personal belongings, they told me it was at the repo lot, knowing full well that it wasn't there. I received no phone calls to offer me a chance to pick up my belongings and I'm not upset about losing my things because they can be replaced. I'm upset and ****** off because of the lack of communication on AFUSA's end of things and their complete unwillingness to work with anyone when it comes to anyone who is going through hardships. When it comes to getting another vehicle, I suggest going through a different finance company. Total lack of empathy and compassion for their customers. They don't care as long as they get their money. I hope they go bankrupt.
