My household has been without service since the end of April I pay $85.95 a month they are now charging me $181.90 for having no internet it's now May 21st 2022 without working service & yet they want to charge me for the down time how is this fair? I contacted customer support which is poor quality. I have had Atlink come replace router at least 4 times! They also have the audacity to say this "if the current balance is still outstanding, services will be interrupted until the balance is paid". First of all how would it get interrupted if it's been down since late April? I don't recommend this company. I just want to cancel service and get this predatory bill resolved.Business response
